Little Zak’s Academy Narellan Vale is a fantastic centre! The educators are always approachable, kind, and genuinely friendly. They create such a warm and welcoming environment for both children and parents. The programs are full of engaging educational opportunities, and it's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into everything they do. Most importantly, the children are so well cared for and truly loved by the staff. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a nurturing and supportive community!

My son has been coming here since Feb 2025 and I haven’t nothing but praise for the staff. All very accommodating for my son, he has come out of his shell so much. Great school readiness program which he has brought home and enjoys telling us what he has learnt throughout the day. His educators Miss Alyssa, Miss Alicia and Miss Bree are absolutely amazing. He loves them all so much and they are in all of our games at home. Management are also great, communication with families and updates is good. Overall so happy with the service.

From the welcoming morning smile at the front desk to the stories about our children’s day, we are extremely grateful for all of the genuine care, support and development that the centre has had for our two children. The connections we’ve seen between our children and their educators is a true sign of how they pride themselves in their roles. Safe to say Little Zak’s has played a vital part in our daughter and son growth and development into the little people they are today.

This centre is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, intelligent and professional. They incorporate your family moments with their curriculum and have a strong focus on each child individually. Everyone is so patient and kind. They are willing to offer support with your child wherever they can. When I walk in to pick up my child, the teachers can tell me exactly what he did that day and are happy to share their program for the week. They are also very focussed on parent feedback, incorporating your suggestions with their planning. I would absolutely recommend this centre to anyone in the area looking for a childcare.

As working parents, my husband and I have much guilt in having to send our children (2 and 4) to preschool. However, the staff at Little Zak's Narellan Vale make it so much easier because we know that our babies are in good hands. They have both been there since they were 10 months old and even now, continue to grow, both socially and academically each day. The staff are kind, loving and friendly, and have an amazing capacity to know what each child has done throughout the day so as to communicate this with the parents/carers on pick up. They address concerns with compassion and understanding, and always look to find a solution. Both of my children have special dietary requirements (allergies) which are met each day with an alternative or adjusted menu. They have a variety of learning spaces which they utilise to engage the children and often have incursions and excursions to consolidate the learning in their area of inquiry. The communication is fantastic with emails, phone calls and use of the KinderM8 portal to inform parents of things that happening or coming up. I couldn't be more appreciative of the hard work that the staff put in each day and the kindness and inclusion they show to the children.

My wife and I have an absolute fantastic experience with little Zak’s Narellan vale. As a first time Dad, I have many questions some would consider dumb, but the Director Christine and receptionist Bianca are more than welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure I get answers to all my questions to put my mind at ease both in person and over the phone. Our daughter is in first time care and we know we have made the right choice with this centre and team. Their level of communication on what’s happening in the centre and what our daughter is learning helps us to know we have made the right choice. Overall, Great team, would recommend to any parent in the area.

I don’t know who are the people praising this day care. 1) I went yesterday and Director ( Rudest person on earth) advising me No single spot how ever admission girl Veronica pushed me to visit and advised that 4 days availability is there and on top of that she is saying Come today to do Proper visit.. I said if you don’t have a spot why should I visit? She was speechless. I think she is struggling because of her pregnancy and does not know what she is talking about. She should go home and rest instead of pushing her self and wasting people’s time. 2) Receptionist on other hand scolded my child to get away from door and he was so scared. I looked her that she may be allergic with kids so why she is working here? 3) Pathetic system and rude women. Good luck to parents who think its okay. For me negative star ⭐️ to them.
