Adrian’s role extends well beyond the kitchen. As a key part of our centre community, he is actively involved with the children and their programming, creating opportunities for connection, curiosity and learning around food.

Through our Chef Engagement Program, Adrian collaborates with our other Sanctuary Chefs to share ideas, refine menus and strengthen their practice. This ensures a consistent, high-quality approach while also bringing cooking into the curriculum, helping children develop a deeper understanding of food, culture and healthy living.
