If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! HCC is an incredible childcare centre with a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. Our daughter has been so happy there, and the staff are simply wonderful.<br><br>We recently welcomed our new baby, and my birth was scheduled for the early hours of the morning. As our older daughter was already attending primary school, my husband would have been unable to attend the birth without a solution for before-school care or family support. Brydie and the team kindly arranged a once-off before-school care enrolment for our daughter so we wouldn't have to worry. I cannot explain how much that gesture meant to us. They didn't have to do it, but they did, and we will always remember their kindness during such a special and emotional time for our family. If that isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what is!<br><br>Before enrolling our daughter, I visited several childcare centres, but HCC immediately felt like home. The rooms are warm, welcoming and lived-in, with that little bit of beautiful messiness that comes from children genuinely playing, exploring and enjoying their space. Unlike some centres that feel almost too pristine, with everything brand-new and perfectly organised, HCC feels real, homely and full of life. You can see that the children truly belong there, and that means so much as a parent.<br><br>Without a doubt, your child would be in the very best hands. The care, compassion and flexibility of the team are truly special.<br><br>As our daughter moves on to primary school, we are reminded of just how fortunate we have been to have you as part of her early years. You have all played a special role in her life, and we will always be grateful.<br><br>And a very special thank you to Ms Alex! I honestly wish our daughter could take you with her to primary school. ❤️ I can already see how difficult this transition will be because of the beautiful bond you have built with her. And if I'm being completely honest, I will miss our morning giggles, too! Your kindness, patience and nurturing nature have made such a difference, and knowing how much our daughter loves being with you says everything.<br><br>Thank you, HCC, for being so much more than a childcare centre. You have been a place where our daughter has felt safe, loved and at home, and where our family has been met with genuine kindness and support.<br><br>I would recommend HCC without hesitation to any family looking for a place where their child will be truly cared for.

We are so grateful that our children are able to attend such a beautiful, safe and welcoming Centre. We had tried two other centres in Highfields and moved to here after hearing so many word of mouth recommendations. From when we walk into the Centre with Miss Brydie greeting us and to every Educator ,thank you for making us feel apart of your family. The indoor and outdoor environments are a stand out and so are the long term Educators. Thank you for everything that you all do ❤️

100% recommend! The staff are so lovely, friendly and caring. Both my boys attend the centre and are always so well looked after. The educators are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about the children. We couldn’t be happier! ❤️

Our girls all attend Highfields Child Care Centre and we've been really happy with the care they’ve received. The educators are welcoming, and genuinely care about the kids. Our girls have always been happy going, and it’s such a good feeling knowing they’re well looked after while we’re at work. We’ve had a really great experience with Highfields Child Care Centre and would definitely recommend them to other families.

We’ve been so happy with our experience at HCCC. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The activities are well thought out and engaging. My son’s intolerances are well catered for and I’m always contacted if there’s any questions. Cannot fault this centre and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We’ve been with Highfields Childcare Centre for 3 years and it’s been fantastic. The staff are warm, attentive, and great communicators. My 3 year-old comes home happy, fed, and excited to go back. The space is clean, safe, and well-organized, with engaging activities. Drop-off and pick-up are smooth, and I appreciate the daily updates and photos. Highly recommend for families looking for a nurturing, well-run childcare option. Very much in the community.

Been at highfields childcare centre for several years and multiple children. Very welcoming and lovely staff treat our kids like their own. Several dofferent play areas and different activities for the childrens fine motor skills and communication is huge! Would 1000 percent recommend this daycare in highfields.
