Eden Academy Maroochydore has been the biggest blessing! A completely safe environment, all staff are welcoming and supportive! We have been there for years now, my son has done 3 levels there, after leaving a different daycare, the difference that he showed was absolutely shocking!! He started to flourish and shine, he has felt safe and has had no problem with the educators if anything he has had a beautiful bond with them, my son learnt his first words there! Eden gave us support while we were going through very hard times, they showed up, they cared, they gave the support to my son, and I mean the entire centre rallied around for us in our time of need, this place isn’t just a community but real connection, real support, great education for the little ones! I couldn’t recommend the centre any higher! My heart breaks that our time is almost up there! This is the place for your young ones to be!

The Educators and Centre management are caring, friendly and supportive. My daughter loves going each day and has been at Eden for 2 years, I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for quality care.

First of all the positive: a couple of lovely staffs and the food cooked by the chef.<br><br>My son attended Eden from 18 months to 3.5 years (just over 2 years). He was almost every day unhappy, and his behaviour started getting worse. He also began having nightmares about going to daycare. Even 8 months after leaving, when we drive past he still says, “I don’t like that daycare, they were mean to me.”<br><br>I’ve witnessed a couple of times educators being kind and engaged when I was there, but it felt different when parents weren’t around.<br><br>We were also called for every small inconvenience when they seemed understaffed. On one occasion we were told (along with another mother) that our children had gastro and needed to be picked up early, but both kids were completely fine. We still had to keep them home for 48 hours.<br><br>Reports weren’t filled out properly, staff member at pick up would most days say „I wasn’t here but I think he had a good day“ and no one around could provide any information.<br><br>One day I got a call that he hurt him self (didn’t sound urgent) when I picked him up 20 minutes later he was full of blood and still crying. He had gotten his hand stuck in the door when an educator opened it. His hand needed two stitches and to be glued. It took almost two weeks to get an incident report and a proper explanation.<br><br>There were a few lovely staff members, but overall our experience was very poor. Since moving centres, the difference in my son has been huge and really speaks for itself.

My daughters attend Eden the center is amazing and welcoming. The front desk always have a yarn and a good laugh with you. my girls love going here cannot recommend it enough.

I cannot recommend Eden Academy Maroochydore highly enough. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, happy, and loved, and that is exactly how I have always felt here. The educators genuinely care for every child, and my children have built such beautiful relationships with the team. They are excited to attend each day and have absolutely thrived in the nurturing environment Eden provides.

Any issues I would have with Eden Academy would be issues I would expect anywhere else. The staff have been great, the facilities are awesome, and my daughter is happy to be there. Couldn’t ask for much more.

We’ve been at Eden since my 4-year-old was in the nursery, and now my second son also attends. I honestly can’t fault the centre. The educators are so caring, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the kids. It truly makes drop-offs feel like I’m leaving my babies with family. The communication has always been amazing, the centre is warm and nurturing, and both of my boys absolutely love going. We’ve had such a positive experience over the years and are so grateful for the care and support Eden has given our family.

The best advice I was ever given choosing a daycare was “Go somewhere it feels like dropping your baby off to your sisters house”. This is my boys second home and has been for 12 months now - across the nursery and toddlers room. He’s so happy there -sometimes, I can come to collect him after a long day and he’s happy to stay or he wants to show me what they’re playing with. Not surprised people drive out of their way to come here. They are consistent and genuine and I’m so lucky to have them in our village. You can get blinded by the brand new centres but we all know it’s the heart behind a centre that we’re all chasing for our babies. I hope this review helps someone get the same introduction to childcare I did.

I changed my daughter over to Eden Academy Maroochydore early this year, my daughter’s confidence has grown and she is always excited to go even on days she isn’t booked in. The staff and educators are simply amazing, providing a warm, safe and welcoming learning environment. I cannot fault them at all. Highly recommend.
