I am so impressed by the service offered at Betty Elaine Kindergarten. From the first day my daughter started attending the staff were so warm and welcoming. I want to give a special shout out to Hongmei who my daughter has developed a special bond with. All the staff always go above and beyond to give the children a sense of belonging. I also really appreciated the many updates that we receive about the children during the day. Every day we know what the kids are eating, what activities they are doing, plus many photos and personalised descriptions of what your child is up to. There was one day where my daughter was upset to leave me in the morning, and the team put up a special post just about her to reassure me that she was feeling better. I couldn’t recommend this service more!!

We moved temporarily to Auburn for 3 months and were looking for a daycare for our four year old daughter. As soon as we walked into Betty Elaine Kindergarten we knew this was the right one. There is a lovely play area out the front and the back and the smell of the food being cooked was so good! The centre has been established for more than 50 years and one of the educators, Miss Joanne, has been working there for 40 years. This is the sort of stable environment we wanted to send our daughter to and she loved it from the very first day!! She loved the wooden cubby house in the back yard play area and she made friends straight away with the other kids there.

I cannot thank BettyElaine enough for the incredibly sweet and loving care they provide to my daughter. It’s only been a month since she started, yet she already feels completely at home. By week two, she was napping comfortably—something I truly attribute to the nurturing and attentive educators there. Deepest thanks to Rawida and Deepa her main educators. Every morning, I ask if she’d like to visit BettyElaine to play with her friends and teachers, and without fail, she responds with a yes and a smile. This place genuinely stands out from all the others I visited. You can truly feel their sincere love and dedication to each child, and I have so much respect for what they do. It brings me such comfort knowing my daughter is in such good hands and is genuinely happy there. Rawida, you are an absolute gem. I’m so grateful for the care and support you show not only to the children and parents, but also to your team. It’s clear that the love and respect you have for your staff naturally flows through to the children, creating such a warm and nurturing environment. Our daughter started at Betty Elaine when she was 20 months old, and like all parents, we were understandably anxious about how she would transition from family care into a daycare environment. What we didn’t anticipate was just how deeply Betty Elaine would care for our baby, truly like she was part of their own family. The level of genuine care, support and consideration shown to her (and to us) has been incredible. The carers are exceptionally good at what they do. They create a safe, nurturing and open learning environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and thrive at their own pace. What stood out most was the dedicated one-on-one attention our daughter received when she first started. We honestly can’t overstate how much this helped her transition. Thanks to the patience and care of the team, she now absolutely loves going to “school”, which means the world to us as parents. A huge thank you to Miss Rawida, Miss Deepa, Miss Hongmei, Miss Joanne, Miss Mandy, and all the wonderful teachers who do such an amazing job every day looking after our most precious gift - our child. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the Betty Elaine community. 💛

One of the best pre-school in our area, my nieces went there in past years and now my daughter's last year here she is ready for school next year, she has definitely learned a lot from here, the staff here has been very helpful, caring and always looking after each child according to their needs.
