My son's been at Mayfield Cheltenham for two and a half years now. They really look after the kids, the food's good, and the education plan, art, and craft activities are awesome. The excursions have been great for our little guy, and he really has a blast there. The center manager and all the educators are fantastic, and unlike other places, they've been there for longer-term.

My son has been attending Mayfield Cheltenham since last 2 years. I am really thankful to to Center manager Rupal, Annu, Sandra & Vicki. All the staff at the center have one thing in common "Caring and loving nature for the Kids" Special Mentions to Center Manager Rupal who have created this loving and caring environment at the center and held it together.

Our little one has been attending Mayfield since he was 6 months old, which has now been a little over a year. He absolutely loves going to ‘school’ everyday. I am so grateful to Vicki, Annu, Sandra and Rupal who have been there since day one, as well as Zoya more recently who all get just as much joy out of watching Marlowe’s confidence and development grow. He has learned so much from them and the other wonderful children he interacts with daily. I love that it’s not a super busy centre, as this allows educators to provide the best care and experience. I look forward to the daily updates each day to know what they have been busy getting up to. Thank you to everyone involved in our brilliant experience.

We couldn’t be happier with our daughter Jiza’s experience at Mayfield she recently joined. From the very first day, she has come home smiling, excited, and full of new learnings— which, as a parent, is the best reassurance you can ask for. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible educators — Vicki, Sandra, Annu, Zoya- for creating such a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment. Your warmth, patience, and dedication truly shine through, and it’s clear how much the children adore you. Each of you brings something special to the room, and it shows in the way our daughter has settled in so quickly and joyfully. A big shoutout as well to Rupal, the center manager, for running the center with such care and professionalism. Your approachable nature and constant support make all the difference in building a strong relationship with families. We feel so lucky to have found a place where our daughter feels loved, supported, and inspired every single day. Thank you for everything you do!

Both my children have attended, and they loved it. Each day my littlest one can't wait to go see her wonderful educators and friends. They are always involved in different fun activities, little sports and specials occasions are always made extra special. It's a small centre but we have been very pleased with the service provided and care given to our children.

The staff are all so amazing at Mayfield Cheltenham. We really feel like they are part of our extended family. The care, love & support they show for our kids, as well as the parents is so appreciated. The parents wishes are always taken into consideration & wherever possible, each individual child's routine is followed. The facilities are great to support the comfort of the kids who attend. We love being part of this centre's community.

I found installations and the Lead Educator from the baby's room to be great but I had to take my 11 month old baby out of there after 2.5 months. Onboarding as new parents was inexistent. We didn't know of password, signing in/out, food allergies forms, etc. We only learnt by observing other parents or through conversations along the way. Family group time seems now a bit excessive comparing to other childcares. Sometimes it started around 3:30-4pm but the centre didn't close until 6:30 so that was a lot or time for a lot of kids of different ages together regardless of the ratio. There were issues in lack of protocols/processes. For long time they didn't keep track of routines. I had to repeat my daughter's routine many times in the mornings as new educators would take over every morning. Handovers were given between educator but communication was missed. By the time I'd picked up my daughter they wouldn't know what she'd been up to during the day, her nap times or if she'd had her milk. While they are supposed to use the app live, information wasn't uploaded consistently after the lead educator had finished her shift, hence the need to gather this info from the educators at the end of the day and since they had a lot of people from agencies it was difficult to get the info. Two times they forgot to give the milk to my baby, once they didn't feed her for almost 5 hours. I tried to talk to management and they didn't have time so they asked for me to send an email. I had already tried that in the past so I didn't bother again until we had decided to take out daughter out instead. Now we have our daughter at a different childcare and I can see more openly the issues that I couldn't see at our time at genius. Perhaps this centre works best for older kids but, unfortunately, we didn't have the experience we hoped for our little one.

Often I pick my 2 beautiful Grandchildren up from Genius Cheltenham Daycare and at every pick up they are both so content and I find them happily interacting with other children and/or staff. As an Educator myself I feel so confident in their placement at this centre and find the staff really approachable and keen to discuss the children at all times. The centre has a really good vibe to it and the recent refurbishment looks amazing.

Both my children attend Genius and absolutely thrive! Many of the educators have been there for a long time and my kids adore them, the renovations also give it such a fresh feel.

My kids love going to Genius everyday. They're excited from the moment that they wake up and they can't wait to get there. Often they're not even interested in coming home. The long standing educators & incredible facilities really make it easy to drop my kids off. I love this centre and I feel lucky that it was a great start to my childcare experience. (Also send the recipes home - my kids go there to eat).
