My son Krithik started at the daycare when he was just 8 months old, and from the very beginning the staff cared for him as if he were their own. The love, attention, and gentle guidance they gave him made us feel completely at ease. They have taught him so much and supported him in every way. We are truly grateful for the wonderful care and affection they continue to show our child.

Our family have been attending this centre for a number of years as we have transitioned from nursery right through to 4 year old kinder. It feels more like a welcoming family than a daycare centre as every educator knows each child and parent and it genuinely feels like they truly care for each and every child. Open and honest communication throughout. Most importantly my kids LOVE going. It isnt chaotic with over full rooms which is another reason why we love this place! Such a relief to know they are really well cared for in such a warm and nurturing environment.

Both of my daughters have attended Mayfield Kindergarten — my eldest is now in primary school, and my youngest is currently there — and I truly can't say enough good things about this centre. A very big shout out to Kylie the centre manager who from day one make us feel welcomed, supported us through the start process which can be daunting and challenging for parents needing to find the most appropriate centre for their children. Kylie made the process so easy and truly comforting to know the amount of support and help that was given and still continue to give. I have seen such a positive and significant change since bringing the children over. Mayfield is truly a special place, and I’m so grateful to have found this centre and truly blessed to have my children in such a loving, beautiful place. We absolutely love Mayfield Early Learning! The staff are always so friendly, happy, and genuinely caring. My son has been attending Sydenham Mayfield for some time now and have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff across the service are caring, friendly, and always makes sure my son is safe and happy. My child enjoys coming every day and loves all the fun activities they do. The educators always approach myself or my partner with warm and welcoming greetings both at drop off and pick ups. I also love getting updates on how my child is doing and what they’ve been up to throughout the day. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I feel confident my child is in good hands. My elder son has been attending the Sydenham centre since he was a baby, and he is now in school. My younger son is currently in the Toddlers room and has been at the centre since he was 11 months old. The staff here are absolutely amazing—very caring and supportive. They make drop-offs so much easier with their warm and welcoming approach. The cook is also fantastic, and the meals provided are great. We are very happy with the care and attention our children receive at this centre.

We have moved to mayfield at the start of the year with both my kids. It was a hard transition for the kids but with the patience from the team and continuous care they have settled in so well. It’s so great to see how much they love attending each day as this shows us as parents that they are safe and cared for. We can’t thank them enough and looking forward to see what the rest of the year brings for everyone. Kylie has been great the moment I meet her at watergardens I just knew my kids would be safe under her ; Kylie is very supportive and works with families to ensure their needs are meet.
