While the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring, the lack of integrated programs has really let the service down. Was an absolutely wonderful service until my child was considered 'unfunded' and therefore not worthy of the same education, learning and development opportunities and experiences as the funded children. Be aware to only access the funded kindergarten program here - their services are not integrated and your child will be left out if you're only accessing the service for childcare needs only.

Community Children - Essendon is purpose-designed over three levels and is situated on a generous allotment of land with four playgrounds, which includes a herb garden, undercover sandpits and climbing equipment.
Essendon has received the highest rating, that being ‘exceeding’ by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Rating and Assessments are undertaken to ensure they are meeting with Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
