We have had a wonderful experience with craigieburn early learning centre. My both daughters absolutely enjoyed being there and the educators are caring, supportive, and genuinely passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing. The learning programs are engaging, fun, and help children build confidence, independence, and social skills. Communication with families is always excellent, and we appreciate the regular updates and the effort educators put into each child’s development. The centre is always clean, safe, and well organised, creating a warm and positive environment for children to grow and learn. We are very grateful for the dedication and kindness shown by all the staff and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality early childhood education and care.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you are welcomed by a warm, supportive, and caring team who genuinely know and value every family.<br><br>Amy and Rabia are always out and about, greeting families and children by name with a smile. Their approachable and caring nature creates such a welcoming environment, and it’s clear they are passionate about building strong relationships with both children and families.<br><br>The educators are knowledgeable, experienced, and confident in their roles. You can see the genuine care they have for the children every day. The learning programs are exceptional, and I love that the kindergarten programs are led by qualified kindergarten teachers who provide engaging, meaningful learning experiences that truly prepare children for school.<br><br>One of the things that sets Green Leaves apart is the incredible range of incursions and experiences they offer. There always seems to be something exciting happening! The animal care programs are a particular favourite in our family. It’s almost like having a mini zoo visit the centre throughout the year, which is fantastic for children who love animals but don’t have pets at home.<br><br>The food is another highlight. The menu is nutritious, varied, and clearly enjoyed by the children. Mine regularly eat foods at childcare that they wouldn’t even consider trying at home, and they always come home happy and well-fed.<br><br>The communication is outstanding. The app provides daily updates, photos, learning stories, and routine information, helping families stay connected to their child’s day. Combined with the strong relationships the educators build with families, it creates a real sense of belonging and partnership.<br><br>After experiencing several childcare centres, I can confidently say that Green Leaves is in a league of its own. I wouldn’t consider moving my children anywhere else before they start school.<br><br>Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing, educational, and genuinely caring environment for their children. Green Leaves Craigieburn is a childcare centre that my children love to attend.<br>Amy the Centre Director and Rabia at the front desk are always warm and welcoming and help me navigate any questions I have with patience and respect.<br>My children run into the centre every morning to play with their friends and say good morning to their educators.<br>I have been very happy at the centre since our first day in 2024 and recommend the centre to anyone looking for high quality childcare in the Craigieburn area.

My 2 children have enjoyed attending Green Leaves Craigieburn service since day 1. We have been attending since 2023. The team at the front desk and in the rooms have always been very welcoming and I know they always have my children's best interests and safety as their number 1 priority. The meals are very nutritious and nice tasting as my children eat at least 2 serves of everything everyday they attend! I recommend this service for anyone looking for quality care and education in the Craigieburn area.

Don’t bother to send your child to this centre. My daughter attended the nursery room, where a serious incident occurred involving her. There was no communication from management. No ambulance was called. I arrived to my daughter on the floor in febrile state. Staff members and Management didn’t take any accountability. They lied to cover their tracks. Their operations team member Ebony called showing no compassion or understating, just ticking off her checklist in filling out her paperwork. Centre manager Amy is so cold and heartless, shows now empathy. All incompetent and negligent in their work!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Green Leaves Craigieburn, and we are incredibly grateful to the amazing educators who have cared for our children. A special thank you to Merve, who has looked after both of our children with so much love, kindness, and genuine care. She has always made them feel safe, supported, and valued, and it has given us so much peace of mind knowing they were in her care. The bond she built with our children is something we will always appreciate. We would also love to acknowledge Leanne, Carly, and Cheyenne for the outstanding care they have provided. Carly, in particular, has always been exceptional. She is professional, compassionate, and consistently kept us informed about our son's day, development, and wellbeing. Her communication has always been prompt, and it is clear how deeply she cares for the children and families she works with. Every educator we have encountered has been warm, welcoming, and dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for the children. It is evident that they genuinely love what they do, and that shines through in the relationships they build with both the children and their families.
