Our children have been attending STRIVE Early Learning Centre, Bass Hill for many years now - All three children have built positive rapports with their Educators; and their care for our children has been second to none. The Centre Director, Nehida, has been wonderful to deal with! She openly welcomes feedback, and is always looking for ways to improve the Service's practices to compliment parent input; all while making the children's interests and needs a priority.

Amazing centre!<br><br>My daughter has been going there for the past month now and absolutely loves it..<br><br>She comes home and talks about how much she loves Miss Grace , Miss Georgia and Mrs Nehida.<br><br>The girls always greet Emilia as soon as she comes through the door and make her feel so welcome and loved. We have been part of this preschool for the past three years, and I truly can't thank the team enough for everything they have done for my children LUCAS AND ELIJAH.<br><br>From the director to every teacher and staff member, everyone has been incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. I can't recommend Nehida highly enough as a childcare director. She is caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about providing the best possible environment for every child. My experience with this childcare centre was extremely disappointing. I was offered a Friday position for my son and was invited to attend a tour. Before the tour even took place, it was cancelled, and I was then told that my son's place had been given to someone else.<br><br>The communication was poor, and the way this was handled was unprofessional. I felt that my time was not respected, and the customer service was well below the standard I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre to other families.

Finding a childcare centre that genuinely feels like a partnership in my child's growth is such a relief. As a parent I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. The transition to school can feel daunting, but their school readiness program is exceptional and has given my daughter so much confidence the program is thorough and engaging. The Manager Nehida also goes above and beyond for the children and the parents and makes us feel like family. The educators also truly make a difference they constantly go above and beyond to ensure every child feels seen, supported, loved and cared for. It’s a wonderful, nurturing environment. Strive has made my daughter love school The educators are passionate about early childhood development and put so much thought into the daily activities they don't just watch the kids they engage with them and encourage their curiosity. On top of all that parents have the pin to the front door which made me feel even better because I know I can come un announced and see what they are doing. Thank you so much for such a great centre.
