Meet Meenakshi Seth - Centre Manager
Meenakshi is the Centre Manager at Aspire Kalkallo, bringing over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has supported children, families, and educators by creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments and building strong community relationships.
Meenakshi believes every child is unique, capable, and full of potential. Her approach focuses on play-based learning, meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for children to explore, grow, and develop confidence.
Passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, Meenakshi is committed to building a welcoming centre culture where children, families, and educators feel supported, valued, and connected.

At Aspire, we see mealtimes as an important part of every child's learning journey. Sharing nutritious meals together helps children build confidence around food, explore new flavours, and establish healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach is guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring every meal supports children's wellbeing and development.
Our seasonal menus include a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy foods, and quality protein sources such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. We focus on providing balanced, wholesome meals made with nutritious ingredients while limiting added sugar and salt. Water is encouraged throughout the day to support healthy hydration.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with age-appropriate portion sizes to meet the changing nutritional needs of growing children. By creating positive mealtime experiences and offering a diverse selection of nourishing foods, we help children develop healthy food choices, enjoy trying new tastes, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

Today I been for tour with my child no one welcome us . It’s so frustrated . I think they need get learn how to welcome parents if they enter to kindergarten. .

Went for a tour with my cousin at the centre. I don’t have kids myself but this centre would definitely be where I’d put my kids.<br>I’m saying this based on the centre manager Reeta who took us for a tour. She was so welcoming, informative and answered all the questions so clearly. Been to 3 tours this year at different centres and this manager tops it with her inviting and warm attitude!

I had the pleasure of running the Peaceful Programs incursions at Aspire Kalkallo, and it was clear how dedicated the management and team are to helping children thrive. The centre genuinely prioritises children’s mental health and healthy brain development, creating a calm and supportive environment for learning.<br>The children were highly engaged in our special wellbeing program, and it was wonderful to see the centre actively supporting initiatives like R U OK?
