It was my first time picking up my niece from daycare, so I wasn't entirely sure how everything worked. the lady at the front desk was really friendly and walked me through the process. Great staff. special shout out to kylie.

We have attended Believe since they first opened and always loved it, both my babies have always been excited to go and have made genuine relationships with all their educators and little friends. It’s been amazing to have a center that goes above and beyond for my children and helped nurture their development as they grow. Highly recommend

We’ve had the best experience with Believe Childcare Centre! My son absolutely loves the educators here and has grown so attached to them. I can tell he’s being really well looked after and cared for every day. It means the world as a parent to leave your child somewhere they feel safe and loved. The staff at Believe Early Learning are absolutely amazing! They have helped my child grow in confidence and come out of his shell so much. Every time I pick him up, I can see how happy he is and how much he has enjoyed his day.<br><br>Unfortunately, we are moving interstate, otherwise we would have happily stayed right up until he started school.<br><br>Thank you so much to everyone at Believe for all the love, care and support you have given him. Both of my daughters have grown up with Believe Early Learning, and I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. My eldest has been attending since she was 8 months old and turns 3 in November, while her little sister has been there since she was just 2 months old and turns 2 in December. Both girls absolutely love their daycare, their educators and, of course, their little friends.<br><br>One of the things I appreciate most is the communication from the educators. At pick-up, they're always happy to tell us about the girls' day, and the enthusiasm they show when sharing those little stories is honestly one of the highlights. You can see on their faces that they genuinely care about the children they're looking after.<br><br>We've also loved watching the girls' confidence grow. They both absolutely love music, singing and dancing, and daycare has given them such a wonderful environment to explore that side of themselves and come out of their shells.<br><br>As a parent, communication has always been really important to me. We receive daily updates and photos of what the children have been up to, as well as feedback from their educators in the afternoon. If there's ever an illness or incident, we're contacted promptly with a phone call or voice message explaining what's happened and what, if anything, they need from us. Admin communication has also always been clear, usually with a phone call followed up by an email.<br><br>Like any parent, there have been times when I've had questions or concerns. I've always felt comfortable raising them, and the room lead educators have listened, treated my concerns respectfully and come back to me with a resolution. That means a lot when you're trusting someone else with the two most important little people in your life.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Nat and Bonny. They were two of my eldest daughter's very first educators and have had such a huge impact on her growth. They adored and cared for her from the beginning, helped her spread her wings and played such a special part in guiding her into the confident little lady she is becoming today. They are two of the most amazing educators I've had the pleasure of meeting, and I'll always be grateful for the role they've played in her early years.<br><br>Kylie in admin, along with the admin staff before her, has also always been warm and friendly whenever my husband and I are doing drop-offs and pick-ups. Those everyday interactions make such a difference.<br><br>After having two children attend Believe Early Learning from such young ages, I can say without hesitation that we've had a genuinely positive experience. My girls are almost always excited to go to daycare, which probably says more than anything else could.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend Believe Early Learning to families in the area. ❤️

Our little guy loves his days here - a big shoutout to Sam and Rajita for welcoming him with open arms. He is so loved and cared for and the educators know all those little things about him that matter to make his experience amazing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Believe Early Education. The team creates such a safe, engaging environment and we always feel welcomed. The communication is excellent, and I’ve always felt informed, supported, and listened to. Knowing my daughter is cared for by people who truly value her wellbeing gives me complete peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and kindness everyone portrays for our daughter who has a medical condition. Believe have made such a positive impact and we feel very lucky that our daughter can attend this centre.
