My daughter transitioned from another daycare to this daycare start of this year and she has come leaps and bounds since attending. When my daughter started she had trouble with her speech and making strong friendships and connections. A year later she has many friends who welcome her with hugs and hellos when she arrives on her days, able to put together very complex sentences along with spelling, identifying her name and writing her name having her ready for prep next year. It was super daunting for me a year ago thinking about how she would be to handle prep when she started. But thanks to the amazing educators they've gone above and beyond for her and helped her blossom into the beautiful, smart and independent girl she is today. As a mum I can't thank them enough and will be sad when she graduates. The kids and the centre are always clean the staff definitely take pride in their profession.

These guys have been absolutely phenomenal. When we toured we were planning on sending our girls in the new year but we were so impressed we swapped right away. After being there for a few months now it has been such a lovely change. The team are always so kind and take such care with the kiddos best interests. They are quick to get in contact if they have any concerns and work with you as a parent to ensure they are providing the best support possible. Oh and the new playground is such a big hit! The swing, sand pit and water play are always the favourites. Cannot recommend them enough!

Honours has been such a fantastic experience for both myself and my daughter. The staff ranging right through from the educators to the management have been consistently friendly and informative on her day to day development. Seeing her face light up just as much as the educators when they see each other each day makes the experience just that cherry on top of the excellence that this centre has been for us. I can't thank the team enough for their efforts over the past year and a half with her. Her growth speaks absolute miles for how dedicated they have been to the development in her milestones, now even seeing her proper timing and use of manners such as please, thank you, hi, bye and love you to begin her journey into speech. My partner and I couldn't recommend this centre any higher. Keep up the fantastic work

I have a 4 month old baby who started at Honour Logan Reserve last week. We are deeply disappointed in the centre for failing to provide basic needs like food, water, or hygiene to our 4 month old baby while in their care on the 03/02. Our child was sent with no symptoms of gastro, conjunctivitis or nappy rash. Our baby had developed gastro symptoms in their care which led to a severe nappy rash due to sitting in soiled nappies for long periods of time. We were not contacted. We have since learnt they like to tell different stories, they later claimed they offered to change her nappy which never happened. They also claim she never had nappy rash after previously saying she did have it. Which is it? By the time we took her home there was a severe rash with a heavily soiled/wet nappy. The time on the nappy did not match the last diaper change on the app. She would scream when we changed her from the pain. She was over sleeping and was put to bed a number of times. She was offered less bottles through the day than usual. She was offered 3 bottles (out of 5 provided) over 9 1/2 hours and drank a total of 280ml with apparently 1 feed of puree which later changed to "multiple" feeds, which is it? She should have been offered more bottles even without gastro. Well below what she would normally drink in that time frame. When we arrived to pick up at 4:30pm 03/02 she was alone in a cot with little ventilation and no air con on, awake with red eyes. There was inadequate supervision as the rest of the kids in the nursery were watching cartoons on a tv (they claim it's for soothing music but then why would you need a screen) with one staff member to about 7 kids under 2. No evidence of other staff actively supervising or around. The front was empty apon arrival and departure. The state of her bottles were unhygienic with bottle lids on the ground including outside with leftover formula. The bottle area was generally not clean as other children's bottles were in the same state. When this was bought up they said that bottles fall on the floor when they are focusing on the child. When picked up, she was in the same clothes we dropped her off in. As a dribbly baby, she was usually changed as we provide mutiple clean clothes in her bag so unsure as to why staff didn't change her that day in addition to the other issues. Her socks weren't taken off either. She had a rash/flared eczema around her neck from the dribble. We were told that they take comfort toys out after 10 mins, the toy she had was still in the cot. They seem to say they have procedures in place however we have not seen them being followed in our short time there. After arriving home and seeing the soiled diaper and rash we took her to urgent care who advised us to take her to the hospital. It was resolved that it was viral Gasto and the nappy rash had formed due to being left in dirty nappies for a long duration of time (more than 1 hour like they claim). We missed drop off the next morning and there was no attempt at calling us. We went in on the 04/02 and after talking to the Centre Manager, Room Lead and Nurse still little ownership was made. The centre did not fill out an incident report when we bought up the evidence of neglect. For all the buzz they put into having an on-site nurse, she was super disrespectful and thinks her opinion is above a Drs note! After emailing, we received no reply from the childcare until after we physically went into the centre on the 05/02. They were Ignoring important emails to force us to go in person to follow up is uncomfortable and disrespectful. We called them out on their fibs in an email they sent as they seem to have no integrity when handling parents or children. We received no response, as expected. Talked to the CEO who doubled down saying there was "nothing more" they could have done... how about call us? Change her nappy? Give her bottles? Have staff in the room and remove the TV? The nursery has fallen well below the standard of care. There is no being, belonging or becoming happening at this centre.

Educators are kind, caring and support the learning and creativity of the children. The facility is clean and well looked after aswell as the children. My son loves the sensory activities they have regularly. The staff really care for the children’s well-being and education. My son hated being seperated from me but now he happily walks in to daycare to see his peers and learn with a wave goodbye.

Honour early learning is the best local daycare. They greet you when you walk in the door no matter who it is. Our son absolutely loves Miss Kelly, she is always communicating with us and cares for the children and their well-being. They prep the best food for the kids, they keep the app up to date with photos to keep your mind at ease through out the day. They have a nurse on site who is awesome at updating if something was to happy . The one interaction my wife had with the owner she said she was lovely and considerate. Our son is so happy to go to daycare and goes running in the door and we know and trust he is looked after and always know our boy is safe.

Highly recommend this childcare centre. All staff are very friendly and always welcoming. My kids are thriving at Honour Early Learning I couldn't be anymore happier. Both my little kids have trouble with separation, but the staff are always so loving and caring, my kids feel very welcome and safe.

We have only been at the centre for a short period of time & already they have gone above & beyond for my son who has a lot of needs/disabilities and can be a difficult 4yo on the best of days (GDD, epilepsy, ASD/ADHD, dyspraxia, dysarthria, childhood apraxia of speech and speech sound disorder). We moved here after receiving the worst possible care at Kings Early Learning Logan Village. (Feel free to look at the review I left that explains this in more detail). They have been so patient, caring, understanding and have great communication. Everyone there has a great knowledge and understanding of kids with additional needs & are amazing with my son who only uses 3-4 word sentences and can be hard to understand at times. We are always greeted with a smile & made to feel very welcomed. At drop offs he couldn’t care less about me, tells me “bye mum” & takes off to play with the activities the staff have set out which is a huge change from the previous centre. Toilet training has been difficult for him with his developmental delays & after getting no support from the previous daycare (he would come home in a nappy & all spare clothes remain untouched in his bag) I am extremely grateful for his teachers that they have been so patient with him & have encouraged him to use the bathroom. Some days he has many wet clothes in his bag but has never once come home in a nappy. We are now down to 1-2 accidents which is a huge improvement in such a short amount of time. I’ll be forever grateful of this centre & Miss Taylor for accepting our enrolment so late in the year and for providing exceptional care and support to our family. I have great confidence in leaving my son in the care of the amazing staff here. 😊

I cant recommend these guys enough! Particularly Miss Taylor (nurse on site) Mr Phillip & Miss sophie. Our whole experience with them has been so smooth. I am so confident leaving my son in the care of these beautiful humans 🖤
