This centre has reduced staff hours without consulting families. We pay the some of the highest fees in the area, all this so they can make even more money. They have now confirmed that the reduced hours will not see a reduction in the fee they charge. The high turnover of staff and telling departing employees not to tell families is also a very strange practice.

Hi I m posting This so Parents have awareness about their child and what happen here with your small child . Parents should think 1000 Times before Putting Child in this child Care our child went to this child care and stayed here for long long time.Before there was a nice manger of childcare since she left Child care became worse. Our child been subjected to bullying Due to that now facing mental health issue and scared of going to any child care. We put our trust on this child care management and Educators. Upon contacting several time so we understand what our child been through and provide proper mental health we have not received any kind of proper information. So If you care about your child Mental health Stay Far Far Away.

We love this daycare. I was very nervous at the start as my son has a couple medical issues but he has just thrived and flourished. He loves his teachers and all his friends The staff have been so friendly and kind in helping my son navigate his journey at First . Can’t recommend enough.

First Early Learning is amazing. The staff are so friendly, caring and welcoming. My grandson has been going here for 3 years now and he absolutely loves it. Highly recommend 😊😊😊😊

First Early Learning is like an extended Family. As soon as you walk in the doors you are meet with warm smiling staff, excited to greet you and your children . My children love going to First. We couldn't be happier to send our kids here, not only are they loved and cared for , but their learning and development have improved significantly. Love all the Educators and Staff at First!

We love this centre. Every morning we are greeted with a big smile and a warm hello from everyone. My daughter loves going to kindy to learn and to do lots of fun activities that the educators organise. They go above and beyond for all the children and it truely shows from the smiles on their faces :)

I have had my kids is numerous childcare and kindergarten center both public and private and by far this is the best center I have had my children in (including different parts of Melbourne). The staff are wonderful, the amenities are some of the best i have seen and it was really easy to enroll.

The ladies at first early learning have gone above and beyond to welcome us at their centre. They have made our first few weeks at the centre very enjoyable, with my son starting 3 year old kinder and thriving in no time. Highly recommend

Love this daycare so much. My son has thrived at First since toddler room and is now currently in kinder room. The staff have been so friendly and amazing. They notify me of any incidents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

FIRST Pakenham is an amazing centre. The girls take such great care of my daughter, i love seeing her little face fill with excitement on the mornings she attends. I always know she’s in safe hands, happy and healthy plus having the Storypark app with updates throughout the day with photos, food, sleep, ect is so re-assuring. They say it takes a village to raise children and honestly it’s a wonderful thing knowing all the staff at FIRST are in our corner helping to shape our little learners into wonderful little humans.
