At Shining Kidz, we believe children should have a healthy relationship with food as soon as they start eating solids. We want children to understand that healthy food is real food that is simple, delicious, and nourishing to their bodies. That is why we provide high-quality plant-based vegetarian meals for children—all cooked on-site and prepared with love.
A plant-based diet in childcare is a dynamic and wholesome approach to nourishing growing minds and bodies! Brimming with a rainbow of nutrient-rich fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, it delivers an abundance of essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber to support healthy growth and development. These power-packed foods not only enhance energy levels and fortify immunity but also lay the foundation for lifelong healthy eating habits. Moreover, introducing children to plant-based meals sparks curiosity about food, fosters a sense of environmental responsibility, and promotes sustainability by reducing their ecological footprint. I’m so happy that I found Shining Kids for my second child. The entire education team and the administrators are incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. My kids truly enjoy going there every day, and I really appreciate how I can receive regular updates and photos through the app. The educators also keep me informed about my child’s behaviour and often offer helpful advice, which makes me feel more connected and reassured as a parent. As a mum, I’m really happy with Shining Kids. The teachers are so kind and patient, and it’s clear that they truly care about the kids. My little one has come a long way since starting there—becoming more confident, more curious, and really enjoying learning.
