I cannot explain well enough just how much myself and my child/ren love this centre. The educators and staff are like family, as someone who has a child there with needing extra support, they always go above and beyond to support my child including myself beyond just childcare which is not something I have ever encountered before at previous centres for my older child. We adore all the staff & are so thankful for them! I so highly recommend this centre! We love every single staff member but I will mention Mel the manager (both Mel’s tho ☺️), Duh Lian the room leader, Ash, Renae and the chefs Julie & Rose. Amazing people, amazing centre!!

I don’t even know where to start! This centre has truly become our extended family. The amount of love, care, and dedication the entire team shows towards our little ones goes above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined from a daycare centre. They always know what’s happening with the children at any given moment, communicate promptly throughout the day if anything arises, and most importantly, demonstrate a level of accountability that gives us complete peace of mind.<br><br>Our little ones have been here since day one of the centre, and choosing Journey Early Learning Brookfield is one of the best decisions we've made. I had a fantastic experience at this centre today. We were welcomed so warmly, and it was honestly one of the most organised centres I have ever visited. The kitchen was clean and spotless, which was a real pleasure to see. I absolutely loved everything about the centre. Although it's upsetting that there are currently no availabilities, it's completely understandable considering how wonderful the centre is. It's not surprising at all that they are fully booked. A special thank you to Melanie for her exceptional hospitality and kindness. I truly can't wait to bring my child here once a place becomes available.

My daughter is so happy and thriving at her childcare! We previously had a bad experience at another centre and were very worried, but from the moment we arrived, Mel welcomed us, reassured us, and supported us. Now, after more than six months, Avanah has blossomed so much. Every morning she even waits by the garage, excited to go to childcare! Thank you to the incredible educators who look after our little princess every day, especially Sindy, whom our daughter absolutely adores! Whiz kidz has been the best centre for us. When I first took my daughter there at just five months old, I was really worried and unsure about putting her in care. So, I decided to start slowly just one day a week to see how she would go. But from the very beginning, the team at Whiz kidz made us feel so welcome. The staff are absolutely lovely and caring. Now, both my son and my daughter attend the centre, and they love it! My daughter always looks forward to going and enjoys all the fun activities they do each day. I truly feel at peace knowing they’re in such good hands. Thank you to everyone at Whiz kidz from the bottom of my heart. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my kids. I highly recommend Whiz kidz to any parents looking for a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for their children.
