Took a tour. Loved the place. Organised for staff to have training from a nutricia nurse for my son. They kept rescheduling the training session, sometimes not even letting us know it was cancelled in the first place. By March, I asked for updates, I first toured in early Jan.. The update was they had the training that was provided by the nurse, which was organised by my son’s dietician.. but, there were no more spots and he would need to be on a waitlist instead. I had asked to enrol straight away while waiting for them to have the training.. They said I could only enrol after training. Why would you have training if you didn’t save a spot for my child ? Obviously I was going to enrol him and I let bluebird know I was. Because of their cancelling of the training three times, and not updating my child’s care team and I we wasted from Jan till March.. just to be told they had trained staff and didn’t keep his spot. Very poor, and certainly I doubt this is legal. Very disappointed. Places are hard enough to find in this situation as it is. But messing around.. it’s low.

Our son has been attending Bluebird for the past 2.5 years and everyone has always been so warm, welcoming and lovely to deal with. The educators in the Gumtree Room are all amazing, caring and attentive, and we feel so lucky to have them looking after our son.<br><br>A special mention to Poonam, who has been absolutely incredible. She has played such a big part in helping our son settle in, and her kindness, patience and genuine care have made such a difference to both him and us as parents. She is always communicating with us, keeping us informed and going above and beyond to make sure he feels safe, happy and supported. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of our son’s journey.<br><br>We are so thankful to the entire Bluebird team for everything they do, and especially to Poonam for the extra love, care and attention she gives our son. ❤️

My child absolutely loves Bluebird Berwick. The staff are wonderful, caring and supportive, and they have created such a warm and welcoming environment.<br>Every time I drop my child off, he goes in with a big happy smile on his face, and it feels like a second home for him. Knowing that he is happy, comfortable and well cared for gives me great peace of mind.<br>I’m very grateful to all the staff at Bluebird Learning Centre for making him feel so safe, loved and welcomed. ❤️

We couldn't be happier with Bluebird Early Education in Berwick. From day one, the staff have been warm and welcoming, and it's obvious they genuinely enjoy being with the kids. They're always down on the floor playing, chatting and keeping the children busy, never just standing back watching.<br>The food is another big win. The meals are fresh and healthy, and my child actually eats them, which says a lot! The rooms are clean, bright and well set up with plenty to do.<br><br>We come away every day feeling confident our little one is happy and well looked after. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nursery in the area.

Our experience at Blue Bird has been so far so amazing!<br>The teachers and educators are incredibly patient and nurturing, making my child feel safe and loved. The learning environment is engaging and is filled with fun activities for the children. I have seen my child gain confidence, independence and an interest to learn.
