Such a lovely, happy and fun Childcare / Kinder. I have felt so supported and comforted since we finally made it off the waitlist and apart of the Bluebird family. The kids absolutely love it! From the initial phone enquiry to present day a wonderful childcare for my 2 precious munchkins. I have had some silly set backs with Centrelink and Jackie has been helping me every step of the way with the patience of a saint! Too many names to list so I will just say this.. all staff are amazing. Centre is clean and all precautions for child safety made very clear in signage around the centre. Plus a chef preparing the best tasty food. Anyway I could go on for pages and pages but I will stop. If you are on the fence, give them a call and have a tour, that's all it will take for you to love it.

My son absolutely loves coming to bluebird! He runs in excited to see his friends and educators every morning. They have such a fun school holiday program for the kids with lots of different activities and dress up days which my son loved. Love being apart of the team here.

I recently picked up my nieces from Bluebird Early Education and was so impressed. I’d never been there before, but the staff were absolutely outstanding - welcoming, helpful, and happy to guide me through the process without making me feel rushed or awkward. The centre itself was beautifully clean and well organised, and it was lovely to see all the educators genuinely interacting with the children, not just supervising them. You can really feel the care and positive environment the moment you walk in. Such a great first impression! It’s clear this is a place where children are well looked after and families are supported. Highly recommend.

Based on my observations during a tour of the service, I had some concerns that may be relevant for families to consider. A number of the online 5-star reviews appeared to be linked to individuals connected within the service (staff, upper management), which I felt was worth noting. I also observed frequent staff changes (ratio was not met in spaces appearing chaotic and unsafe) and was informed that several families had recently withdrawn enrolments. During my visit, resources appeared limited and I did not observe a consistent leadership presence. Families may wish to familiarise themselves with what to look for when choosing an early learning service. Undertaking independent research can help ensure a service aligns with your family’s expectations around quality, stability and safety.

Really lovely centre that cares greatly about your kids and family. Both my children run through the door each morning thrilled to see their educators and friends. The teachers are engaging and supportive as well as a very helpful and friendly management team.

I’d like to start by saying how amazing the team at Bluebird Botanic Ridge is. Every interaction I’ve had regarding both my girls in Grevillea and Waratah has been consistently positive, supportive, and respectful. The management team has also addressed any concerns or questions I’ve had in a professional and timely manner. As both a staff member and a parent at Botanic Ridge, I couldn’t be happier!

Just wanted to Thank the wonderful staff for putting on a beautiful Father’s day celebration yesterday for the families at the centre. The food was delicious and such a treat. It’s beautiful to see the educators and how they interact with our children, with so much care and kindness always.
