After our previous childcare centre unexpectedly closed, I was so anxious about finding the right place for my daughter. As a parent, you just want to know your child is safe, happy and genuinely cared for, and that’s exactly what we’ve found at Bluebird Early Education Botanic Ridge.<br><br>From our very first visit, Elissa and Maddy made us feel so welcome and supported. They made what could have been a stressful transition feel so much easier and gave me confidence that we had found the right place.<br><br>A special thank you to Samantha, Shawnee and Charlee, who have been absolutely amazing. Their kindness, patience and genuine care have helped my daughter settle in so well. Seeing her happy and excited to go to childcare each day gives me so much peace of mind.<br><br>The centre is beautiful, clean and welcoming, and the communication from the team has been fantastic. All the educators here are always so welcoming, friendly, supportive, understanding, and caring. They do an incredible job at mapping the curriculum across the board, and that's coming from a family with a teacher. Our boy has been here since he was 9months old; he was still crawling, on bottles and having multiple naps so we placed him in the baby room, as he got bigger as the year progressed, the team had the initiative to let him play as he pleased in the next room up, despite it not being his designated room because the kids are at the centre of every decission made. Our now 2 year old runs to his room every morning and cannot wait to see all his friends and the amazing educators that continue to shape his learning each day.

I was very impressed with this service from the moment I walked in. The environment was beautifully presented, clean, organised, and welcoming. The learning spaces were thoughtfully set up and created a warm atmosphere for children to learn and explore. What stood out most was how calm, settled, and engaged the children were throughout the day. It was wonderful to see children confidently participating in activities, interacting positively with their peers, and enjoying their learning experiences. The educators created a nurturing and supportive environment where children appeared happy, secure, and eager to learn. The care and effort that goes into maintaining such a high-quality environment is evident in every aspect of the service. A fantastic centre with beautiful learning spaces, engaged children, and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Having my baby start daycare was a big step for our family, but the educators have made the transition so much easier. The staff are caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in my baby’s wellbeing and development. I love receiving updates throughout the day and knowing my little one is in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment. It’s clear that the educators build strong relationships with the children and create a welcoming atmosphere for families. I am so grateful for the love, attention, and care they provide.
