We absolutely love Bluebird Cranbourne West! The educators are amazing, caring and genuinely lovely, and the centre management team is always so supportive, approachable and understanding.<br><br>It means so much knowing we are part of a centre where the children are cared for so well and families feel welcomed and supported. We really appreciate everything the team does and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We would highly recommend Bluebird Cranbourne West to any family looking for a warm, caring and supportive childcare centre.

Had a great experience visiting Blue Bird for a tour. Tayla, Lisa and Gianna were all so lovely, welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and took the time to show us around and answer any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do, and it was great meeting such a friendly and professional team. As parents, we believe families deserve to be aware of behaviour that raises serious concerns about bullying, intimidation, and professional integrity.<br>We are alarmed that an educator who has recently joined your centre has contacted parents, including our family, from her previous workplace, encouraging us to participate in negative social media commentary about that centre.<br>What makes this particularly concerning is that our own experiences have been entirely positive. We are happy with the care our children receive and have no grievances against our current centre. We refuse to be drawn into negativity that does not reflect our own experiences.<br>We are also concerned that this is now the educator’s third centre within the Cranbourne West community. While changing workplaces is not inherently concerning, when considered alongside our experience of being approached to participate in a campaign against a former workplace, it raises serious questions about professional boundaries and conduct.<br>Bullying, intimidation, and attempts to involve parents in damaging the reputation of others have no place in an industry built on trust, respect, and the wellbeing of children.<br>Our concern now extends to the potential impact this behaviour may have on the centre that has welcomed this educator, its existing team, the families who place their trust in it, and anyone who may come into contact with her. We believe these concerns deserve careful consideration, as a safe and respectful environment depends on the conduct of every person within it.

Honestly, being a first time mum and trusting someone to look after your little one is not easy. But the educators at BlueBird are honestly amazing, my daughter absolutely love being here and looks forward to her “school” days. I couldn’t fault it here. Best educators in Cranbourne West!!

Tayla and the team at Bluebird Cranbourne West have created such a beautiful and welcoming centre. The service is always immaculate, with thoughtfully presented spaces that are clearly cared for and inviting for the children.<br><br>The team are friendly, passionate and genuinely lovely to work alongside. And I have to mention the food, the meals coming out of the kitchen are next level! They look incredible, smell amazing and, most importantly, are absolutely delicious.<br><br>A wonderful centre with a great team and such a positive feel. The management team have been so lovely and great to talk to, touring the centre was a really great experience with how attentive Tayla was to our worries and needs, and we couldn’t recommend the centre more !

Carrots & Co recently visited Bluebird Early Education Cranbourne West to deliver an incursion, and had such a wonderful experience with Gianna and the whole team. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and educators were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The educators were very engaged in supporting the children’s learning throughout the incursion, creating a calm and positive atmosphere.
