The new management team has been doing a fantastic job, and we've noticed some really positive changes at the centre.<br><br>There are now more activities and excursions for the children, and the daily activities seem much more organised and thoughtfully planned. The educators also bring different teaching styles and personalities, which creates a great learning environment for the kids.<br><br>One thing I particularly appreciate is how attentive, and genuine the educators are. They are honest with parents and don't just tell us that the children had a good day to keep us happy. If our children haven't been behaving or have had a difficult day, they will tell us honestly and provide details about what happened. I really value that level of transparency.<br><br>The management team is also very responsive to parents' concerns and acts quickly whenever an issue is raised.<br><br>Overall, we're very happy with the positive changes and appreciate the effort the new management team and educators are putting into creating a better environment for the children.

My son has been coming here since July and I can positively say they have been nothing but amazing! All the educators in the practice are sweet and welcoming everyday that we arrive to the centre. The staff in the nursery room have been amazing with giving me daily updates on how his day has been and do amazing activities with the little ones. I definitely recommend this centre without a doubt 💕

I am very happy with Great Beginnings Gregory Hills Child Care Centre. The learning environment is wonderful, and the staff are caring and supportive. A special thanks to Miss Morium and her preschool team for helping my son learn and grow. They truly understand that every child is unique and deserves the right environment to thrive. Highly recommend this centre to other families.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Great Beginnings Child Care Centre Gregory Hills. The teachers are caring, friendly and genuinely engaging. They always greet you with a smile and are easy to approach, which makes such a difference as a parent.<br><br>I really appreciate how the teachers take the time to update me on how my children’s day has been going and share little details about their activities, mood and progress. It gives me great confidence knowing that my children are being cared for by educators who are attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do.<br><br>Although I did experience a hiccup recently RE: safety policy that had not been communicated to us early on, I believe providing parents with all relevant policies and information upfront would help families feel more prepared and avoid unexpected situations. Clear communication from the beginning would make the process smoother and provide parents with a better understanding of the centre’s expectations.<br><br>Overall, we are very happy with the care and support provided by the educators, and we really appreciate the wonderful team at Great Beginnings Gregory Hills for caring for my children.

I’m incredibly grateful for the genuine care and sense of belonging you’ve given her.<br><br>I also really appreciate the thought and effort that goes into creating such special experiences for the children, like Hush, which she absolutely loved!<br><br>It’s also the little things that stay with me. One morning, an educator noticed she had missed breakfast and offered her an apple. Such a simple gesture, but as a parent, those small moments of care mean so much. It reassures me that she is truly being noticed and looked after.<br><br>Thank you for making her feel safe, happy and for caring for her so genuinely. Knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care about her means more than I can say. We are so grateful for you all. ❤️

Just wanted to praise the new centre manager Batoul and her amazing big smile every morning we come in!! She has been very transparent and easy to talk to about anything and I really feel comfortable leaving my child there knowing she is in charge! She is a great asset to the child care centre!
