Both of my children love coming to this centre. The centre is clean, the meals are balanced and the staff are wonderful

Saige is such a welcoming and well-run centre. The staff are friendly, approachable and genuinely care about the children and families. There is very minimal staff turnover, which gives the centre such a consistent and familiar feel. The centre is always clean. The meals provided are fresh, varied and always look delicious. It’s a lovely environment and you can really see the care that goes into everything they do. We are so happy here

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.<br><br>There appears to be a long-running pattern of violence, bullying and serious behavioural incidents at this centre, and from our experience the supervision and response from management have been nowhere near what parents should expect from a childcare provider.<br><br>Children have been hurt, parents have raised concerns, and yet the same types of incidents seem to continue happening.<br><br>During our time here we have also seen basic maintenance and safety issues left unresolved for extended periods, including damaged doors that remained unfixed for months. When you are trusting a centre with young children, supervision, security and maintenance should not be optional.<br><br>Our biggest concern has always been supervision. Children should not repeatedly be put in situations where hitting, throwing objects, bullying or other dangerous behaviour can continue without an adult intervening before somebody gets seriously hurt.<br><br>From our experience, it often felt like protecting the centre's business and enrolments was being prioritised over properly addressing parents' safety concerns.<br><br>The centre has also changed its name and there appears to have been significant staff turnover over time. I cannot say what the reason for those changes was, but parents researching this centre should look beyond the current name and ask questions about its history, previous incidents, staffing, supervision and how serious behavioural issues have been handled.<br><br>A childcare centre should make parents feel confident that their children are safe. Instead, our experience has left us with the exact opposite feeling.<br><br>There have been too many incidents, too many unanswered questions and too many concerns about supervision.<br><br>I would strongly encourage any parent considering this centre to do their research, speak with other families and ask detailed questions before enrolling their child.<br><br>OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN ENOUGH FOR US TO SAY: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.<br><br>Our experience with this childcare centre has been extremely concerning.<br><br>My son has now been injured twice by the same child throwing substantial objects at his head. The most recent incident left him with a deep cut near his eye that required medical treatment and skin glue. We are extremely lucky the object did not strike him directly in the eye.<br><br>What concerns us even more is that this does not appear to be an isolated problem. We have spoken with other parents who have described serious incidents involving children being hit, attacked and, in one reported case, left with marks around their neck.<br><br>Instead of giving us confidence that appropriate action is being taken to prevent these incidents from happening again, we have been left questioning the level of supervision, what preventative measures were put in place after the first incident, and why our child has been put in this position more than once.<br><br>After the second incident, we were even faced with the suggestion of changing our son's attendance days rather than being given confidence that the underlying safety issue would be properly addressed.<br><br>Parents leave their children at childcare expecting them to be supervised and kept safe. Accidents can happen, but repeated serious incidents involving the same children should never simply become something parents are expected to accept.<br><br>Based on our family's experience, I could not recommend this centre to another parent.<br><br>PLEASE THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR CHILD HERE.

Absolutely the best centre!<br>The educators go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. My son and niece both went to this centre and each room I could not fault! Both the kids absolutely thrived.<br>All the staff are super friendly and welcoming and the kids get freshly cooked meals each day with a great variety of foods. They also have an easy to use app to see updates throughout the day.

We cannot speak highly enough of Saige Early Learning and the incredible team who have supported both of our daughters in Senior Preschool 2 and Nursery 2 who is transitioning to the Toddler 1 Room.<br>Since starting at the beginning of 2026, our girls have come leaps and bounds in both their language development and confidence. It has been amazing to watch them grow, learn and thrive in such a nurturing and supportive environment.<br>One of the many things we love about Saige is their partnership with Aquabliss for swimming lessons. The convenience of having swimming lessons incorporated into their routine is invaluable for our family, especially with our working hours, and it has given our girls the opportunity to build important water safety and swimming skills.<br>The communication from the centre is second to none. We always feel informed and supported and we truly appreciate that the team will contact us if our children’s behaviour is out of character or if there is anything we need to be aware of. Knowing our girls are so well cared for gives us complete peace of mind.<br>The lovely Centre Manager Denise, Assistant Centre Manager Ally, educators and admin team. Your dedication, communication, professionalism, kindness and genuine care for the children do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for everything each and every one of you does for our little family.<br>Saige is such a positive, safe and enriching environment for our girls. Two of my kids attended Saige Early Learning and we had absolutely no issues or concerns throughout their stay. Their educators are so intentional and upfront with their development and learning. My kids settled in pretty quickly and made great friends. I highly recommend this phenomenal service. Thank you so much for your love, care and support.

I highly recomend saige early learning childcare at gregory hills the girls there are truely amazing at the job they do they go above and beyond for my 2 children who only just recently started there as of nearly 3 weeks ago there educarion program is amazing with in the first 3 days my son was fully toliette trained the first day they attended they got to make chicken dumplings you can honestly see where your money goes and what your children are doing they are lovely and polite and very helpful my only regret is that i didnt put my children here sooner my children are absolutely thriving and i have saige early leaning childcare at gregory hills to thank for that for being a truely great team and helping my children reach there full potential to be ready for kidnergarten in 2027 the enviroment is very clean and welcoming i honestly recomend this childcare 10/10

We recently moved to Saige from another centre and have found the team to be friendly, attentive, and caring. Our 2-year-old is happy and is forming wonderful relationships with his educators & peers. The facilities are purpose-built, and we are always greeted with a smile. The food is yummy & the activities fun! Thank you to the Saige team for making our transition seamless.

My son was having a bit of a hard time being at a different school surrounded by children that were having a negative effect on him and his personality. We were worried we wouldn’t find the place that gave him back his happiness and brought back his infectious personality and love of schooling. Saige did exactly that from the first interview to your child’s first interaction inside a room. The teachers all listen and having every educator a parent in them selves makes the whole process easier and happier. They listened to my boy. Watched observed and found the middle ground with him. My son is the happiest he has ever been the most engaged he’s ever been and it’s all thanks to the care consideration and love that Saige brings to each and every day of their introduction to schooling. I couldn’t be happier that I found Saige and my boy loves every day he’s there.
