My son loves attending Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Thornhill Village. The management team-Dani, Shehnaz and Abhishek and the educators, especially Khush, are caring, friendly, and supportive, and they make my child feel welcome. Drop-offs have always been smooth, and I can see how much my son enjoys learning and playing there. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been attending for a little over a month now, and I can’t thank the staff enough for all of their support, care, and hard work.<br><br>A special thank you to Dani, Lovepreet, Hardpreet, Rupinder, and Tehreem, as well as all of the wonderful staff, for making my daughter’s journey so enjoyable, fun, and memorable. Sadly, we are leaving, but she has absolutely loved her time here. She is always so happy and excited when I drop her off, and she has learned so many new communication and social skills.<br><br>Thank you all for the kindness, patience, and love you’ve shown my daughter. My boys are attending care and we are really amazed and proud with all the educators in the centre. My eldest is in room 6 and his just love his teacher shaveera, everyday his learning new things and he always shares his learning ideas with us and can’t stop talking about shaveera. shanveera has a great knowledge and skills, as she support all her children in care. we are really greatful and happy that our boys are in good care.<br>Not forgetting the management team dani and shainaz for supporting us parents. My son attended this kindergarten for 10 months. Initially, our experience was positive, but things changed significantly when the manager went on leave and a new manager took over.<br><br>During those 10 months, I had one of the most stressful experiences as a parent. Both my children started attending childcare at just four months old, and I have never felt as worried and anxious as I did during this time.<br><br>My son frequently came home with scratches on his face, bite marks, and bruises. In many cases, the staff were not even aware of how these injuries occurred. Every time I raised a concern, I was given responses like “sorry, it happens,” “staff were not aware,” or “we will investigate”—but no meaningful follow-up ever happened.<br><br>In the last month alone, my son was injured four times. When I requested CCTV footage, I was told that head office would review it and provide training if needed, but no clear answers were given. Incident reports were either incomplete or not properly handled, and I was asked to sign forms with missing information, which I refused.<br><br>Even after raising concerns in my exit form, no one contacted me or acknowledged the issues. This lack of accountability is extremely concerning.<br><br>Communication at the centre was very poor. Staff did not properly hand over information between shifts, often responding with “I don’t know, I’ve just started my shift.” This reflects a serious gap in processes and responsibility.<br><br>Additionally, the management was unprofessional when handling my refund. I was informed about it three months ago and provided my bank details immediately, but despite multiple follow-ups with both the centre and head office, there was no clear update. I only received a proper response recently, which I appreciate, but it should not have taken this long.<br><br>Overall, I found the centre to be negligent and poorly managed. A kindergarten should be a safe and nurturing environment for children—not a source of stress and anxiety for parents.<br><br>If you value your child’s safety and wellbeing, I would strongly advise reconsidering this centre. Otherwise, be prepared for ongoing stress and the need to constantly follow up on serious concerns.

Keerthi takes very good care of my son. She is well educated and very kind. Whenever I drop my son off, he is happy to go to her. That makes me feel very comfortable as a parent.<br>My son feels safe and secure with Keerthi. She always welcomes us warmly and keeps me updated about my son’s daily routine.

I booked a tour of this centre to consider enrolment. During the visit, the manager closely followed my child and repeatedly rearranged items he touched, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also had concerns about the cleanliness of the centre. Based on this visit, I chose not to proceed.

My visit left me with an uneasy impression of the centre, largely due to the manager's approach. The overall atmosphere felt tense, with a strong focus on maintaining order that made the space feel rigid rather than child-centred. I did not experience the warmth or flexibility I would expect from an early learning environment.
