Long overdue review. My child transferred to Aspire from their Truganina branch when this opened up and it was closer for us. Suffice to say we never had any complaints here. He always looked forward to going to care. The educators were fantastic. We tried increasing his days and there was just no availability up until we left. We had no option but to enrol him in the other childcare company down the road (this remains our biggest regret as we had such an extremely horrible time with the other centre) If your child is here, and they are thriving you’re better off leaving them at Aspire than considering another option.

I visited the centre last week to complete a tour. I was greeted by Teagan who was so warm & welcoming. She was able to answer all the questions I had, and made me feel so welcomed. My child was able to connect with her instantly which instantly put my mind at ease. The other educators were also so lovely and welcoming. The whole centre had a really nice ‘homely’ vibe - which was awesome! everyone had a smile on their face and the all the children looked so settled and happy. Thanks again to Teagan and the team who made this experience such a positive one.

Visiting Aspire Rockbank felt like finding a second home for my baby. Rhoda and her team welcomed us with such warmth, it truly touched my heart. Seeing the engaging learning activities for every age group, I just know my child will be nurtured and loved here until it's time for school. So grateful to have found such a special place! ❤️

I visited Aspire Rockbank today for a tour and the space was just beautiful, it had a homely feel and everyone I came across greeted and introduced themselves to me, even the chef. You can see and feel the passion all the team have for children and it was great to see how settled the children were.

Great childcare with caring and attentive staff. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. There's a good mix of learning and play, and it's clear the children are well looked after and happy. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality care.

We’ve had such a great experience and honestly can’t say enough good things about Aspire Rockbank. From the very beginning, they’ve made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Rhonda and Kylie at reception are just amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile. My son is absolutely thriving—he’s so happy with Di and looks forward to going every day and is full of stories at pick-up about everything he is learning. My daughter is still settling in, but she’s already receiving such lovely, gentle care, especially from Margherita and the lovely educators in her room, which has really helped ease the transition. The whole team has made us feel supported and at ease, which means the world when you’re leaving your little ones in someone else’s care. We’re really grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for our children!

We've been with Aspire since the beginning, and like all new ventures, there will always be some teething issues. As parents of a daughter with Type 1 Diabetes, it’s vital that we feel confident in her daily care, and Aspire has given us just that. There are times she requires a little extra attention, and we’re always reassured knowing she’s in capable, caring hands. What stands out to us is how nurtured and well looked after all the children are. The staff are incredibly attentive, and there’s a real sense of warmth throughout the centre. Every morning when I drop off my daughter, I see a thriving environment. It's the kind of place where you just know your child is going to have a good day. It’s a wonderful reminder each day that we made the right decision!

Really not happy with the service provided here. the teacher to student ratio ratio was never 1:4 . very disappointed by staff treatment here. Also to mention they have direct debit my card even after i have advised put my account on hold. this is unprofessional. never again will get here nor advise.

After searching around all of Melton I have finally found a centre I couldn’t be more happy with. Management team are so lovely and could not have been more welcoming for our daughter during her first year of daycare. Staff are always happy to give their full attention when she arrives, knowing all her favourite things for a smooth drop off. Happy parents here!
