Meet Rena Rani - Centre Manager
Rena is the Centre Manager at Aspire Deanside, bringing extensive experience in early childhood education and a strong passion for creating nurturing, child-centred learning environments.
Starting her journey as an Educator in 2013, Rena has developed her leadership skills through various roles, supporting children’s learning, educator growth, and high-quality centre operations. She believes children learn best through meaningful experiences, exploration, and connections with the world around them.
Rena is passionate about building strong relationships with families, empowering her team, and creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. She looks forward to welcoming families and being part of the Deanside community.

At Aspire, we see mealtimes as an important part of every child's learning journey. Sharing nutritious meals together helps children build confidence around food, explore new flavours, and establish healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach is guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring every meal supports children's wellbeing and development.
Our seasonal menus include a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy foods, and quality protein sources such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. We focus on providing balanced, wholesome meals made with nutritious ingredients while limiting added sugar and salt. Water is encouraged throughout the day to support healthy hydration.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with age-appropriate portion sizes to meet the changing nutritional needs of growing children. By creating positive mealtime experiences and offering a diverse selection of nourishing foods, we help children develop healthy food choices, enjoy trying new tastes, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

My son only attended aspire deanside for 6 months as we had to move to a new area but I wanted to share my experience with the centre.<br><br>As my childs first time at childcare, I was nervous to let him go, but all the educators were really lovely and made a welcoming experience for us. My son settled in so quickly, which showed me that they were caring for him well. I especially appreciate how much love they showed my son and I felt they truly adored him. That fact made it so much easier for me as parent to feel comfortable with him attending childcare. I am really appreciative of the care and love my son received!! Thankyou all 🥰

My son started at this childcare centre four months ago. At the beginning, I was not confident and felt worried about how he would settle into the new environment. However, the educators supported him with great care, patience and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with the care our little one receives. Andrea, Nicky, and Blessing have all been absolutely amazing. There are other wonderful educators in Room 1 as well—I'm just not great at remembering everyone's names! Every single carer in Room 1 deserves a 5-star rating.<br><br>The team takes such great care of the children. They provide healthy, yummy meals, make sure medication is given on time, and always keep us informed if anything is wrong or if there are any concerns.<br><br>One of my favourite things is the daily photos shared on the Storypark app. Seeing those happy moments from throughout the day brings a smile to our faces and gives us peace of mind. Please keep sharing those wonderful pictures—we absolutely love them!<br><br>Thank you to the entire Room 1 team for your care, dedication, and the love you show our little one every day. We truly appreciate everything you do.
