She always makes us feel secure. The educators here go above and beyond mere supervision; they actively teach, build confidence, and support daily development.<br><br>They are also incredibly attentive to her wellbeing. Whether she is feeling unwell or there is a minor incident, they are always transparent, honest, and quick to communicate with us. Combined with the consistently clean, safe, and welcoming environment, it gives us total peace of mind. Thank you so much to the whole team! We appreciate the love and continued patience you are giving to the kids!

So I arrived yesterday to do a tour to enrol my baby in childcare, the tour was looking at the rooms from the door window so you don't know how you're child interacts with staff and the kids, I then found another childcare services with availablity, that the tour was absolutely more calming my child was placed into the room to see how he interacted with the staff and other kids. Then today we had Aspire asking us to leave a review for a service that they couldn't accommodate and expected us to be left on a waitlist. So here's that review they called me asking for.

Very happy with Aspire Rockbank Village. They had guided our child from day one and put in outmost care. Very thankful for all the educators who had been very attentive to our kid.

We honestly can't recommend Aspire Rockbank Village enough. From day one, the service was brilliant and the staff were so attentive to our little one's needs, you could really feel how much they cared.<br>This was our first experience putting our little one into childcare, and I won't pretend it wasn't emotional for us! But the team made the whole process so much easier by making us feel genuinely welcome every single time we walked through the door. We never once felt like "just another family", we felt looked after, seen, and part of a community.<br>The only reason we've had to leave is because we've moved to a different suburb, and honestly, it's been a bittersweet goodbye. We're going to miss this centre and the wonderful people in it.<br>If you're looking for a centre that will treat your child (and you!) with warmth, care, and genuine attention, please consider reaching out to the team at Rockbank Village. My son was one of the first to enrol to this newly built centre and its been an absolute pleasure being here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are always clean beyond standard, the structure is reassuring and the service is worth the rate. My son has learnt so much in his short time being here. He adores the staff and has made many friends. We get updates via app on what they are learning, their daily routines and a menu update by their very own in house chef!! Highly recommend their service!!!!
