The staff at Aspire Village Rockbank are truly amazing. As a first-time mum sending my firstborn to childcare at just 5 months old, I was naturally anxious—but they made the transition so much easier with their kindness and support. The team is always welcoming, smiling, and attentive. They communicate well and promptly share any concerns, which gave me great peace of mind. A special thank you to Harman, who has cared for my child so beautifully—she is truly a gem. I’m also forever grateful to Sonali and Ashley for their ongoing support from day one. You’ve all played such an important role in our child’s growth this past year, and you’ve supported us as parents every step of the way. We appreciate you more than words can express. Highly recommend My son loves it there.As a parent it is such a relief leaving my son there and go to work knowing that he is in safe and good hands.The environment is warm, welcoming and nurturing. Amazing staff, they are very welcoming and friendly. Not forgetting the girls in Admin they are truly amazing very professional and always welcome us with they’re beautiful smiles. We are very thankful to have found such a great Centre for our boy to grow and learn. Thank you guys Highly recommend

After attending the open day, I was surprised by how unfriendly the staff were. There was no reception or guidance for visitors, and as a new place, it was difficult to find our way around. It felt as though no one cared to assist, assuming the place would fill up with kids regardless
