The staff have been Rude and Agressive. Mel [Manager] pick fights with people. She had a go and threatened me because I closed the fire escape, which has posted on the door to keep it shut. Wouldn't leave my children in their care. Your reply is much nicer than your demenor in person.

The owner Mel and all the educators are absolutely amazing! After trying two previous centres and being let down by both, I came to Nurtured and was immediately impressed during the tour. Not long after my son was enrolled and myself (and my son of course) have been happy ever since! The educators are so accommodating and lovely, and you can really see how much passion and care Mel puts into the running of the centre! I am so glad I found Nurtured, highly recommend!! :)

We sent our 2 babies here for a few weeks and although we really loved a few educators in the room, we pulled them out because we felt that they weren't going outdoors enough. When we signed up, the previous director convinced us that they would get lots of outdoor play. Although they tried to accommodate our request, we still could not bear to leave our babies knowing they will be within those 4 walls for the majority of the hours that they were there.

Making the decision where to send our 1 year old daughter to daycare was filled with lots of uncertainty but we could not be more happy with our decision. The team at nurtured have been so welcoming and made the transition seamless. The love and care they show for our daughter is amazing and she is always happy to go and waves us goodbye. The level of communication and updates through the day is great and Mel has been receptive to feedback. We could not recommend nurtured more!

Our daughter started at Nurtured last month at 9 months old and our experience so far has been nothing but amazing! As a first time mom I was nervous about sending her to daycare but Mel and the staff in the baby room have been so fantastic, caring and supportive.
