I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this childcare centre.<br>There appears to be a constant turnover of staff, which creates instability and inconsistency for the children. It is concerning to see educators regularly leaving and new staff continually being introduced. This raises questions about the management and workplace culture within the centre.<br>On multiple occasions during pick-up, I have witnessed educators standing together talking amongst themselves while children were not being adequately supervised. I have personally observed children hitting each other while staff appeared distracted and engaged in conversation rather than intervening or monitoring the children appropriately.<br>As a parent, I trust a childcare centre to provide a safe, nurturing, and well-supervised environment. Seeing children left without proper attention while staff socialise is completely unacceptable. The lack of supervision and the ongoing staff turnover have significantly reduced my confidence in this centre's ability to provide quality care or safety for the kids.<br>A lot of the positive reviews are from staff which is very disappointing.

I do not give you any form of permission to be sharing photos of him!<br>Centre staff are still trying to contact me to talk about how BAD management is. This centre should be SHUT DOWN!<br><br>I am writing this to warn every parent to avoid this centre. My son has come home with bruises on his legs, rope burn around his neck and has explicitly stated that the educators are pinching him. When I brought these physical injuries and my son's statements to the management, they brushed it off by claiming they would "investigate," but they have taken absolutely no action to ensure his safety or stand down the staff involved.The centre is completely unsafe and chaotic. There is an separate history of children being choked, kids running wild, and hitting going completely unmanaged. There is a massive revolving door of staff, with educators resigning and leaving on a weekly basis. Instead of addressing the lack of supervision and safety, staff have actually told parents to just move their children to another centre.On top of this, management uses highly non-compliant administrative practices. They have attempted to force me to sign incident reports three weeks after events occurred to cover their paperwork trail, and even tried to trick my partner at pick-up into signing them behind my back.This centre is an immediate danger to children. I am formally escalating the physical bruising and abuse allegations to the Police, DCJ, and the NSW Regulatory Authority. Do not send your children here

Lil Zaks northmead is a nice and small centre which I find perfect for my child. I appreciate the learning curriculum as it has structure and children are not just left to play all day. The teachers are also lovely and create a comfortable space for parents and children.

My son has been attending the centre since it opened and all of us couldn’t be happier. The staff are phenomenal with all the kids, and parents, and make the centre very welcoming.

Beautiful new daycare with the most lovely staff - especially Miss Georgia, who looks after my child like her own. She’s the greatest!

My daughter loves going to school, the teachers are all so warm and loving, the activities and learning are always so fun and engaging. I love the photos and the daily updates on my daughter’s progress. I highly recommend little Zach’s Northmead.

Little Zaks Northmead is a lovely childcare centre where the children are well looked after. The educators are lovely and welcoming and they have have a variety of activities on a daily basis.

We’ve been attending Little Zak’s Northmead for the past year and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The educators are absolutely wonderful - caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. It’s clear they create a warm and supportive environment where kids feel safe and engaged. The facilities and amenities are fantastic, always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to encourage learning and play. We also really appreciate the special events organised throughout the year that involve parents and it’s such a lovely way to feel connected and be part of our child’s journey. Most importantly, our daughter absolutely loves going each day, which gives us so much confidence that we made the right decision enrolling her here. We’ve been consistently happy with the care and experience provided.

Little zaks in northmead is such a lovely centre, not just the amenities, but the staff. Especially Georgia. I have always been a nervous mama leaving my son with anyone, but Georgia is so kind and patient, with both me and my little one. She celebrates every milestone with me like family, she lights up when any of the kids come in and remembers the little things. She cares so deeply about what she does. He smiles and runs to her every chance he gets.
