I contacted this centre regarding a student placement. Although I was later invited to visit the centre, I found the initial phone conversation disappointing. I was told they had thought I was a female applicant, and after they realised I was male, I was asked why I had chosen early childhood education. I was also asked about my nationality and sponsorship, and comments were made about not wanting male educators and concerns about how parents might react. Regardless of the intention, the conversation made me feel unwelcome because of my gender. I hope all applicants are treated respectfully and evaluated on their skills and professionalism.

Amazing centre in the heart of Craigieburn. Went for a tour and loved the spacious open room, high ceilings and windows. The children would love the space and activities. Cannot wait for my children to start here.

I recently visited this childcare centre and was really impressed with the overall environment. The children looked very happy and engaged in the activities happening around them, which was lovely to see.<br><br>It’s a brand new centre and there is a strong positive energy throughout the space. I also noticed the owner is very supportive and gives staff flexibility to choose and organise resources that support the children’s wellbeing and learning, which is great to see.
Early Foundation Childcare Craigieburn is a purpose-built early learning centre designed to provide a calm, nurturing, and supportive environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Located in the heart of Craigieburn, our centre focuses on helping children feel safe, confident, and comfortable from their very first day. We understand that choosing childcare is a big decision, which is why we prioritise strong relationships with both children and families.
Our experienced and caring educators create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development at their own pace. Through structured routines and meaningful interactions, we aim to build confidence, independence, and social skills in every child.
We provide nutritious daily meals, a clean and modern learning environment, and a consistent routine that helps children settle in smoothly. Families are kept closely connected through regular communication and updates.
We also work alongside families who may require additional support, and can assist with connecting to services such as Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy where needed.
Our daily fee is $166 per day, with many families paying significantly less after the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), depending on eligibility.
We welcome families to visit the centre and experience the environment for themselves.
