My son started here two months back only and it is his first experience of going in a childcare centre. As a mother it was more difficult for me to leave him somewhere when he was not used to of staying without me but after joining cuddles that fear changed into a confidence that he is in safe hands. The educators are extremely fabulous always welcoming and caring. I always feel welcome when I walk in and there is a lovely sense of calm and positivity throughout the centre. I love the app which keeps me updated about his activities, food intake , special moments captured by the educators that gives me peace of mind too. I love the way they engage kids in extracurricular activities like arts and crafts , sports like soccer or other outdoor activities. All the educators like Sirjan , Danielle, Gwen , Annele , Colbie they are super fabulous who have helped my little one to settle in quickly but I wanna specially thanks Sirjan who has encouraged and taught him to use the toilet ( potty training) this is something that may be I could not have done it in that short period of time. I love the way Sirjan put him in her lap whenever he feels upset. I really appreciate your efforts , a big big thank u ❤️

My son has been attending Cuddles Canning Vale for over a year now, its a wonderful facility with excellent staff they all do a brilliant job, are warm and welcoming! It's also nice that their staff retention rate is very good so your child can bond and form great relationships with them over time, which is something I think a lot of parents will value when looking for a childcare facility. Special thanks to Sirjan for always making drop off with my clingy toddler as easy as possible! It's really appreciated!

My child has been at Cuddle Canning Vale for almost two years now, and we’ve really noticed a positive difference since the new management took over last year. Danielle and the educators are very professional, caring, and approachable. What I appreciate most is how quickly they connect with the children and make them feel included and cared for. As a parent, that reassurance means a lot. Really thankful for the warm and nurturing environment they’ve created.

Our family has been at Cuddles Daycare for over 2 years. The facilities are great with spacious rooms inside and a large outdoor play area. However, better than the facilities, are the exceptional staff that work there. The staff are enthusiastic, kind and extremely attentive to the individual child’s needs. And I have seen the transformation in my child from quiet and unsure to confident and engaged at daycare, thanks to the team!!

They are always happy to see him, greet him with smiles, and most importantly, they don’t hesitate to offer cuddles and reassurance when he needs it. We always feel welcome when we walk in, and there’s a lovely sense of calm and positivity throughout the centre. At the end of each day, he is very happy and regulated. We also love the consistent updates and photos during the day. It’s so reassuring to see what he’s been up to and how engaged he is. The variety of activities is fantastic—especially the arts & crafts. They have also taken the time to learn he loves the outdoors best (he has a rain outfit ready in case there will be outdoor play during winter 😂) The biggest change we’ve noticed is in his confidence. Drop-offs are now smooth and happy—(he has just started to just wave goodbye to me and not look back 😭😅). Thankyou so much to all the educators in the room- we appreciate you very much!

Honestly couldn’t be happier with this daycare. Big thanks to Sheela, Choki, and Daniella – they’ve been so lovely with our son. He’s always happy to go in, which says everything. Really appreciate all the care and effort!

My daughter has been going here since she was 2 and my older two attend vacation care. The centre is always clean and the staff treat the children like family. It is an amazing centre. Miss Danielle goes above and beyond for the kids and the centre and is an incredible asset to the company.
