My son has been in the hippo room (baby room) for a couple months now and he has had such a positive experience. From day one, the educators have been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They are always happy to see him, greet him with smiles, and most importantly, they don’t hesitate to offer cuddles and reassurance when he needs it. We always feel welcome when we walk in, and there’s a lovely sense of calm and positivity throughout the centre. At the end of each day, he is very happy and regulated. We also love the consistent updates and photos during the day. It’s so reassuring to see what he’s been up to and how engaged he is. The variety of activities is fantastic—especially the arts & crafts. They have also taken the time to learn he loves the outdoors best (he has a rain outfit ready in case there will be outdoor play during winter 😂) The biggest change we’ve noticed is in his confidence. Drop-offs are now smooth and happy—(he has just started to just wave goodbye to me and not look back 😭😅). Thankyou so much to all the educators in the room- we appreciate you very much!

My daughter has been going here since she was 2 and my older two attend vacation care. The centre is always clean and the staff treat the children like family. It is an amazing centre. Miss Danielle goes above and beyond for the kids and the centre and is an incredible asset to the company.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Cuddles Early Learning Canningvale. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm, welcoming, and well-organised. My daughter has been attending cuddles canningvale since she was 18 months old (she is now nearly 3) and I felt I was about time to show my appreciation for how wonderful our experience has been so far 😊 I toured most of the daycares in the area before signing my daughter up and the thing that stood out to me about cuddles was how the staff interacted with my daughter, she took to them immediately as they were warm and welcoming. I liked that I was able to do three orientation days to get my daughter adjusted and I liked that the centre was committed to communicating with me how my daughter is going throughout the day. Even now, if we do for some reason have a bad drop off, I will get a call or a message shortly after letting me know that my daughter has settled in quickly, usually accompanied by a cute video of her living her best life 😊 this always made me feel better, knowing she was happy throughout the day. My daughter loves her educators so much and often tells me so, and i can tell from the way that they interact with her that they genuinely care for her as well and they have helped her thrive into the smart and confident toddler that she is 😊she is always playing and learning new things at daycare. I would like to make special mention of our daughters favourite educators; Danielle, Sirjan and Colbie, you are all worth your weight in gold and I hope that cuddles realises what an asset to the company each of you are 😊 Another thing I would like to note is that cuddles is a very clean daycare, I had expected some sickness with my daughter starting up and while we have had some colds here and there, we haven't caught any major sickness like HFM or gastro from daycare, a lot of my friends whose children are at larger centres have said that their children are always sick from daycare but this has not been the case for us and I attribute this to the smaller numbers at cuddles, along with great hygiene procedures. Keep up the great work cuddles canningvale! 😊
