Welcoming environment, friendly staff, great play spaces!

Thank you Happy Sprouts staff for organising such an amazing Mother’s day event! It was so much fun, had a chance to meet other mums and eat delicious food! Made my Mother’s Day even more special.

The team at Happy Sprouts have been wonderful at caring for my child. The additional of Jess to management has excelled the Centres organisation and she brings a warm and friendly but professional presence while focusing on quality of care. The team of educators all know my child by name even when they aren’t in my child’s room, they engage and make my child feel welcome. Any speed bumps I have encountered with my child’s care, the staff have always taken any concerns seriously and even changing policies and procedures to ensure mistakes or incidents do not occur again. This shows the progressive and high quality of care the team have for my child. My child looks forward to the day at Happy Sprouts and as a parent, I can confidently and I can trust my child in their care.

Very happy with the services provided from Jess and her team. My child has made strong connections with the educators in her room after attending for only a few months. Educators take the time to genuinely answer all my questions in regards to my childs day. Definitely recommend!

I have had my daughter here for a year and she absolutely loves it, the center is clean , organised, friendly and welcoming and has all the resources you could possibly ask for including additional rooms the children have access to like sensory experiences, science and a library My daughter gets upset when she can’t attend on weekends which is a testament to the way the staff treat her and myself I love this childcare that we decided to continue her on for her kindergarten years Highly recommend this centre to any families looking for care :)

Professional staff who are caring about every child’s specific needs

I would not recommend this kindergarten to anyone. My child attended this centre for two months and was repeatedly injured during that time. On multiple occasions, when I asked staff what had happened, I was told that neither teacher had been in the room, which raises serious concerns about supervision and my child being left unattended. The most alarming incident was when my child broke her arm. She was left crying in distress, yet no one contacted me to inform me of the situation. I find it completely unacceptable that neither the staff nor the manager took immediate action to notify me. I also found Jessica to be rude and unprofessional in her conduct. I have reported the centre to the Department of Education and have taken legal action. I was later informed that the centre provided false information to the Department during their investigation, which is extremely concerning.

I want to thank the educators, management and owners of Happy Sprouts Craigieburn. After attending two other childcares, I can honestly say none compare — my son has loved it from day one and has been excited to go every day. The educators are professional, caring and respectful in all their conversations with children and parents. Special thanks to Kiera, Lisa and Jess — they’ve been a pleasure to deal with and take feedback seriously, making noticeable improvements daily. The facility is spotless, well maintained and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s been a wonderful two-year journey, and my son transitioned to primary school smoothly. I highly recommend Happy Sprouts — thank you to the whole team for being part of his learning and growth.

We are extremely happy with this kindergarten and cannot recommend it enough. My daughter absolutely loves coming here and adores every single teacher. The educators are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child’s wellbeing and development. The level of care provided is exceptional, and it’s clear that the children are always safe, happy, and supported. We also really appreciate how well the kindergarten uses modern technology to enhance the children’s learning experience in such a positive and engaging way.
