As parents, nothing matters more to us than our child’s happiness. We have only one daughter, and when we enrolled her in a nearby childcare at the age of just 2, we trusted that she would be safe, cared for, and happy. But instead, for almost a month, we watched something we never imagined — our little girl slowly losing her smile. Every single day she seemed unhappy. The spark, the joy, the laughter we knew so well began to fade. As a mother and father, that pain is indescribable. When your child is unhappy, it breaks you from the inside. My wife and I went through immense mental agony. It affected our sleep, our work, our peace — every part of our lives. Seeing tears in your child’s eyes and not being able to fix it immediately is the hardest thing a parent can face. We made the heartbreaking decision to cancel that childcare and promised ourselves one thing — this time, we would put our child first, no matter what. We attended a few orientations, but the moment we stepped into Sunflower Kids Early Learning and Childcare, something felt different. From the very first visit, we saw our daughter happy again. Truly happy. Smiling, relaxed, and herself. I cannot describe the feeling of seeing that smile return — it felt like we could finally breathe again. It was emotional, overwhelming, and incredibly relieving. Han and the entire team gave us confidence, warmth, and genuine care. It honestly felt like magic. They didn’t just welcome our child — they understood her. They understood us as parents. That reassurance meant everything. It has only been a month, but every day we bring her in, she walks in happy. Yes, there is some separation anxiety at drop-off — but it lasts only a few minutes, and we know healing takes time. What matters is that she settles, she smiles, and she feels safe. Because of Sunflower Kids, my wife and I can now work peacefully, without the constant worry and fear in our hearts. Most importantly, our daughter has her happiness back — and that is priceless. If you are a parent struggling to settle your child, lying awake at night wondering if you’re making the right decision, please know you are not alone. I’m very happy with the care and support my twins have received at Sunflower Childcare. The educators are kind, patient, and genuinely care for each child’s wellbeing and development. They always create a positive and nurturing environment where my children feel safe, confident, and happy to learn and play. Communication with the staff has been excellent — they always keep me updated about my twins’ progress, daily routines, and milestones. I’ve seen so much growth in their confidence, social skills, and independence since joining the centre. I truly appreciate the whole Sunflower Childcare team for their dedication and love. Thank you for providing such a warm and supportive place for my children to grow and thrive!

My son has been attending for 3 years now and it's very well set up to teach all these little kids what they need to start school.Staff are terrific & the teachers get an A1 &⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..Keep up the great work..😊 Gratitude to all those who work at sunflower kids.

Our son enjoys the time he spent here & wait for Monday to start over. He is doing his kinder now & sure will miss this place from next year.

My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for three years and has been extremely happy. The educators are very caring and have created a nurturing environment that makes her feel safe and supported and Admin team is really fantastic and easy to talk.I highly recommend this centre.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude for this centre. I go to work everyday thinking my son is safe and being looked after by these beautiful people. Han and her team are always very supportive and accomodating. If I suggest something for my son, they are willing to liaise with me to make sure my son’s care is exceptional. And always make sure that I am heard. My son loves going to daycare everyday. I dropped him off and just continue walking inside happy and ready to start his day! There's not enough words that I can say that will give justice to this centre. My second born has attended this centre since he was a baby and it's now his 3rd year. I was really nervous about his childcare journey as I struggled finding a place that suited our needs for my first born. The educators here are incredible, so patient, caring, and my son loovvvess them and is always speaking so fondly of them. The team is always receptive to feedback and working with me on parenting struggles etc. Management is the best I have ever interacted with. We're always received with such warmth and we consider them as family. They always check in with us especially as we've recently had some challenging events we've gone through. The childcare rooms are massive and so so so clean. My son is never sick and I can count the days he's been absent for being sick in one hand! All in all best childcare centre and I'm so grateful that we've had the honour of being part of the Sunflower kids family.

We moved our daughter here earlier this year, she now loves going to daycare and the educators are all so beautiful and are so great with her so glad we made the move. Highly recommend this Centre to all parents in Melton

This is the best daycare I’ve ever seen. We spent months looking for the perfect centre for our child and this one passed all the trials with flying colours !! My child LOVES it there, I won’t be taking her anywhere else !
