I highly recommend this centre. My child loves coming here every single day and doesn’t want to leave when I come for pick up. The educators are amazing and especially the director. For sure recommend to families in the area looking for a centre for their child!!!!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Smart Little Kids Five Dock! The staff are caring, friendly and genuinely great with the children. The centre has a lovely, welcoming environment, and it’s clear that the kids are well looked after, happy and learning every day. Highly recommend Smart Little Kids Five Dock! ❤️

Cannot comment on the childcare service itself, but my partner's experience with a staff member was unacceptable. We live on the street and my partner briefly met someone outside the centre for a Facebook Marketplace sale. The entire interaction lasted around two minutes and took place on a public footpath. They were not obstructing the entrance, creating a disturbance, or doing anything unlawful.<br><br>They were nevertheless approached and shouted at by a staff member in a way that was intimidating and disrespectful. He later contacted the centre to explain what had happened and express our concerns, but received no response. It's ironic that a service provider for families left a local resident feeling unsafe and unwelcome in their own neighbourhood.

The indoor learning spaces are fun, bright, and thoughtfully designed, balancing colour with sustainable timber materials. Each space encourages curiosity and discovery, supporting children’s personal and educational development through a play-based, small group approach. Educators carefully plan and embed meaningful learning opportunities each day, while also organising one in-house incursion per month to extend children’s knowledge and experiences.
The outdoor play areas are open and engaging, offering opportunities to connect with nature while they play. Shaded by a beautiful frangipani tree, children can explore climbing equipment, engage in sensory water play, or care for the established vegetable garden—developing responsibility and a sense of belonging to their environment.
Our educators are highly qualified, caring, and committed to fostering each child’s individuality. Families are seen as partners in the learning journey, with open communication and strong relationships forming a key part of our philosophy.
