I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful early learning centre for my children. Raising Stars has supported both of my children in developing the skills and confidence they need for a successful transition to school. The learning experiences are engaging, hands-on, fun, and meaningful. In my experience with the centre, I can see how much the educators genuinely care about the children, ensuring they are safe, happy, and supported in their development. I also love the variety of incursions and excursions offered. It feels like every week my son is enjoying a new and exciting experience, whether it’s a special in-service event or an excursion to the park. Knowing he is having so much fun while learning and growing gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Raising Stars to any family looking for a caring, engaging, and high-quality early learning environment for their children.

My son attends raising star since one and half and we’ve had a really positive experience with the centre in all different rooms. The educators are caring, attentive and genuinely invested in the children’s development (I always enjoyed my chat with the educators about how my son’s day went etc). The centre provides a good balance of structured activities and free play. My son’s especially enjoyed the excursions (last year they went to the zoo). They also have in room incursion on different topics. Communication with staff has been excellent- they are approachable, responsive and open to feedback. We also like the fact they have an in house chef that prepares healthy meal for the children. Overall highly recommend to families looking for a supportive and high quality childcare environment.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Raising Stars. From the very beginning the educators have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our children’s wellbeing and development. The environment is safe, nurturing, and fun for the kids. Communication is always open and we received regular updates & photos on a daily basis. Over the years our children have been happy, settled, and excited to go each day. We’re so grateful to the entire team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raising Stars to other families.

I’ve been really disappointed with this centre. The staff seem to change constantly, which makes it hard for the kids to build any consistency or secure relationships. The program feels very basic and not as engaging or structured as it should be. Based on what I’ve seen and heard, I personally wouldn’t trust or recommend this place. A close friend of mine also had a very poor experience with their baby here, which confirmed my concerns.

Raising Stars Five Dock is such a lovely centre with the kindest team. The staff are always smiling, polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Every time we returned after our long holidays, we were welcomed back like special members of the family. We truly appreciate the care, warmth and support they’ve shown our girls.

As first-time parents, entrusting our one-year-old son to daycare for nine to ten hours each day while working full time was an emotional and challenging experience. However, our son settled in remarkably quickly, thanks to the nurturing environment and the kindness of the educators and room leaders at Raising Star. From the outset, the Centre Manager, Connie, demonstrated outstanding professionalism — she was exceptionally organised, efficient, and informative throughout the enrolment and onboarding process. Her communication and support made the transition smooth and reassuring for our family. During our son’s time at the centre, we have witnessed significant growth and development in his confidence, social skills, and overall well-being. We are deeply grateful to the entire Raising Star team for their genuine care, dedication, and commitment to providing a safe and enriching learning environment. Although we are sadly leaving the centre due to relocating and the increased commute, we cannot recommend Raising Star highly enough. It truly is a place where children thrive and parents can feel confident that their little ones are receiving the very best care and education. We would also like to extend a special thank-you to Chef Frank, who consistently prepared nutritious and delicious meals, thoughtfully accommodating dietary needs and food allergies. Our heartfelt thanks go to Connie and the entire Raising Star team, all the lovely educators and room leaders, for their exceptional work and the positive impact they have had on our son’s early development.
