As a parent, I could not be happier with the care, education, and support my child has received at Bass Hill Early Learning Centre. From the moment we enrolled, the educators and staff have gone above and beyond to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive. I have seen such amazing progress in my child’s learning milestones, confidence, communication skills, and social development. The educators genuinely care about each child individually and take the time to support their strengths while helping them improve in all areas of development. The educational program is structured and meaningful, the health and safety standards are excellent, and the physical environment is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully organised. The educators are professional, kind, and highly supportive, and the relationships built with both children and families are genuine and respectful. Communication with parents is fantastic, and I always feel informed and included in my child’s learning journey. Excellent childcare centre you can trust. Smaller centre means kids get better attention. Ms Wafa and the teachers are very attentive and professional.
