KU Craigieburn is an amazing centre that my child loves to go to. The staff and management are approachable, kind, caring and willing to listen. I would highly recommend this centre.

My daughter was enrolled at KU craigieburn last year in the toddlers room and I had a very positive experience there. At the time she had still not learned to walk on her two feet and we were getting a little anxious given she was already 18 months, though the nurses and midwives were reassuring us that she would eventually walk. Within weeks of her enrollment I saw a noticeable change in her attitude and saw her gain more and more confidence in attempting to walk. In a couple of months she took her first steps and we were overjoyed. During my interaction with the educators at KU Craigieburn I learnt how she was encouraged to walk daily there apart from the usual social and educational interactions. I am all but very grateful to the educators and staff there for their wonderful service. Their great work reflected in the marked difference I could see in her attitude and her social skills. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our daughter’s recent experience. She began at your school at 2½ years old, and we were happy with her time in the younger classes. However, after moving to the 3–5 age group, she became increasingly hesitant to attend. She mentioned feeling uncomfortable during nap time due to shouting in the classroom, which caused her some distress. Although we brought this up with the teacher, unfortunately, the situation did not improve. In light of this, and to ensure that her view of school remains positive, we felt it was best to transfer her to a different school.

What a wonderful place to send your little one. The staff are super and customise their care for each individual child. The place is well run and, my child’s favourite part is that they’ve a huge outdoor area to roam around and interact with the other kids, including other age categories. They tend to learn off each other. Hope you can get a place here too ☺️

KU craigieburn is one of the best services in the town. The new centre director is doing phenomenal job so is their team. Always very happy and very responsive team to children and families. My child feel safe and secure. I give them 100/100.

My one year old son attends KU Craigieburn and it has been a smooth transition so far. The educators are all lovely, warm and very welcoming. I’m super happy with the service they provide and would recommend this centre to any family that wants great care for their children.
