Our experience at LEAD Childcare Southport has been absolutely outstanding. Even after moving houses, we chose to continue driving 30–50 minutes every day just so our daughter could stay at this centre — that’s how much we value the exceptional care and support she receives here. From the very beginning, the team has shown genuine dedication to her development, celebrating every milestone and adapting their approach to her unique learning style. Educators like Jenny, Denny, Lauren, Tara, Giovanna and Qhyn have played a key role in building her confidence and nurturing her growth through thoughtful planning and a deep understanding of her needs. Actually, this applies for all educators that are around there, and looking after my baby. The management team, Paige and Liv, are always welcoming and responsive, handling every request with warmth and efficiency. And we can’t forget Joane, who not only manages the food service but also showers the children with love, cuddles, and care — something we deeply appreciate as parents. What truly sets LEAD Southport apart is the way they see each child. They resonate with their achievements, provide unwavering encouragement, and foster a safe, joyful, and inspiring environment where children thrive — emotionally, socially, and academically. The centre is also incredibly safe and secure, with no direct access to the street .They have also camera that are monitored internally — a detail that offers us daily peace of mind as parents. Their procedures, communication, and day-to-day care are simply impeccable. Their app is amazing, the frequency we keep ourselves updated it's incredible. the opportunities of learning, from Art, different languages teaching options. To any parent searching for a place where their child will be truly cherished, supported, and given the best start in life, I wholeheartedly and confidently recommend LEAD Childcare Southport.

This is my daughter’s first childcare, and I honestly only have good things to say about it. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and the managers are easy to talk to — you can really tell they care. As a first-time mum, I was quite anxious about sending my daughter to childcare, but the educators listened to my worries and helped us adjust smoothly. The app they use to share daily activities, photos, and updates is a big help and keeps us connected. My daughter has been attending for nearly a year now and we’re very happy. I love that her class size is small, so I know she’s well cared for and always having fun. The location is also super convenient — close to public transport with plenty of parking for drop-offs and pick-ups. Plus, being inside Queen Street Village makes it easy to run errands, go to the gym, or grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend!

All the staff here are amazing! When my son first attended this daycare he spent time in the nursery with Miss Mel. She is amazing, caring and just loves kids. He then transitioned to the Toddler room with Mrs Yuka where he spent a year with her. They developed a great relationship and Miss Yuka helped him become more settled at drop offs. I could tell he felt comfortable around both of these educators which made me feel more comfortable about sending him to daycare. His current teacher is great and he enjoys going to see Miss Gigi. There are more great educators like Miss Anne, Mr Leo and Miss Quynh. I can tell they are respectful and enjoy being there. My son endorces them too :). The educators remain consistant in each room allowing kids to have a familiar environment and develop attachments with staff. The daycare does a great job at retaining high quality staff. Staff retention is a great indicator of managements competence and support of their staff. Highly recommended this daycare!

I couldn’t speak more highly of my nephew’s child care centre! From the very first visit, it was clear this place is something special. The educators are incredibly kind, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about the children in their care. They go above and beyond to make each child feel safe, supported, and celebrated. Communication with families is fantastic too. We’re always kept in the loop with photos, updates, and thoughtful insights into his development. It truly feels like a second home for him, and I’m so grateful he’s in such capable, caring hands. Highly recommend to any family looking for a centre that puts children first in every possible way!

Our grand daughter has been at Lead in Southport for a number of years. We can see she is well adjusted and thriving at Lead and well and truly ready for school next year. She loves going to the centre and the staff are always helpful and attentive I would have not hesitation in recommending Lead at Southport

While it saddens me that our early childhood journey will soon come to an end as she prepares for big school, I am beyond grateful for the foundation Lead Childcare Southport has given her. She is now ready to take on her next chapter with ease, thanks to the care and encouragement she has received. My younger grandson attends here 3 days a week. Since 2023. Never had a bad experience and staff are helpful. Unlike a kindy my older grandson attended in Elanora. That place really needed better management and less judgement about children with adhd and mild autism. This place has staff who are more aware and are better trained in managing the kids. Learning life skills is a very important part of growing up, starting from when language skills begin. To understand is to learn and be more independent as they get older. Keep it up team!

We could give 10 stars for lead childcare very recommended🤩 we had been looking around Southport to find the perfect place for our daughter and we have always seen from first impression 😍 very welcoming from miss paige. As our daughter never been into big centre i was so anxious however the educators here so supportive, helpful and kind 🫶 thank you always miss paige, liv, summer, kate, yuko ash sorry if we missed other educators words can’t describe how much your care really meant to our daughter 😘
