We are so happy with this childcare centre! Everything is fantastic, from the caring and friendly educators to the clean and welcoming environment. My child loves going there, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing they are in such good hands. Highly recommend this centre to other families!

Pelican Childcare Fairways is by far the best childcare in the North.<br><br>We've toured a dozen of childcare centres, trialled a handful of them, but since finding Pelican Fairways, we've never looked back.<br><br>It is a smaller centre, so it has a calm, warm & homely feel.<br>It truly is a second home for children.<br><br>What really stands out is that the educators form genuine connections with the families, particularly with the children. They take the time to get to know the child well - understanding their personality & needs, creating a very personal and nurturing environment.<br><br>We especially appreciate the detailed daily updates, which give us a great insight into our child’s day - from meals and toileting to activities and learnings, allowing us to feel connected to their experiences at the centre.<br><br>The leadership team is approachable and genuinely committed to the children’s wellbeing, with safety & a sense of belonging being a top priority.<br><br>Communication is always prompt, transparent and reassuring.<br><br>We feel very confident knowing our children are in such caring and capable hands.<br><br>Highly recommend!

From the very first day, the educators and staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, professional and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. What stands out the most is how loved, safe and valued the children are made to feel. The educators are patient, attentive and compassionate, and they take the time to understand each child’s individual personality, needs and interests. It is such a relief as a parent to know that your child is being cared for by people who treat them with the same warmth and kindness you would hope for at home. The communication with families is also fantastic. We are kept updated about our child’s day, activities, meals, learning and overall wellbeing, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind. The centre provides a wonderful balance between learning, creativity, social development and simply allowing children to enjoy being children. The environment is clean, welcoming, organised and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of opportunities for children to explore, learn and build their confidence. You can genuinely see the effort the team puts into creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Jagpreet for everything you do every day. Your dedication, patience and genuine love for the children does not go unnoticed. Choosing childcare can be such a difficult decision, but we feel incredibly fortunate to have found a centre where our child is not just cared for, but truly known, supported and celebrated. I can't recommend Pelican Fairways Daycare enough.<br><br>Our daughter started her orientation on 30 April and officially began attending from 5 May when she was just 17 months old. Like many toddlers, she was very attached to us and could be quite fussy and cranky, so starting daycare was a big step for our family.<br><br>From the very beginning, everyone went above and beyond to help her settle in. A special thank you to Simran and Jagpreet, who have been absolutely amazing with her. They have been so patient, caring and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. Seeing the bond they've built with our daughter has made all the difference, and knowing she's in such caring hands gives us so much peace of mind.<br><br>I'd also like to thank Virdah, the Centre Manager, for all her support. She has made every effort to help us throughout this transition, always taking the time to listen, answer our questions and make sure both our daughter and our family felt supported. Her kindness and genuine care haven't gone unnoticed.<br><br>Every educator we've met has been warm, welcoming and caring. It's such a lovely environment, and we've seen our daughter become more comfortable and confident each week.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Pelican Fairways team for making what could have been a difficult transition such a positive experience. I recently went to pick up my nephew from Pelican Childcare Fairways, and I was so impressed that I felt I had to leave a review.<br><br>The first thing I noticed was how seriously the centre takes safety. The sign-in and collection process was well managed, the doors were secure, and the educators were attentive and knew exactly who was collecting each child. It gave me a great sense of confidence knowing the children are so well protected.<br><br>The centre itself was clean, calm, and beautifully presented. The educators were warm, welcoming, and engaged with the children, who all looked happy and settled.
