I’ve been so lucky to work at this beautiful child care centre for seven years. It’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The centre is full of warmth, joy, and a real sense of community. The children are always happy and energetic, and the families are so kind and easy to connect with. It really felt like a second home. My colleagues are amazing, so caring, dedicated, and supportive. I’m grateful for all the memories and friendships we’ve made. A big thank you to our wonderful Director for her inspiring leadership, and to our lovely admin for always being so helpful and supportive. This centre is truly a place where everyone grows together. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a loving and nurturing early learning environment. Even though I’ve moved overseas, it will always stay close to my heart.

I have witnessed firsthand how my colleagues, whom I consider superheroes, go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and development of the children. I did my work replacement here and I had a really inspiring time with the whole team. The teachers here are always approachable and ready for the children. They are also very supportive during my whole replacement. I learnt the idea of child-centred and responsive care from the team. I was impressed by the stem programmes they had in the daily activities. Each child here is adorable and unique. I am grateful to have had this experience and would recommend this centre wholeheartedly!

The best CC in St Leonards ! My boy has attended two childcare centres, and it’s clear that he receives much better care at CASS. Every educator there is friendly, caring and patient with children. They also have a great app that allows to check daily journal and photos. Strongly recommended!

As an educator with 3 years of experience in early childhood education, I am consistently impressed by the quality of care and educational foundation provided by cass gumnut. The staff are nurturing, attentive, and truly understand child development. They create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe and supported. Under Centre Director leadership, the centre has flourished. The curriculum is well-implemented, staff morale is strong, and the atmosphere is one of respect and inclusion. We are truly grateful for the wonderful care our two children at Cass Gumnut St Leonards. Both our children spent several year there and it was such a positive experience for our family. The educators are incredibly kind ,friendly and supportive. Our children made many great friends and always looked forward to going to there. I can confidently say this childcare center exceeds expectations in every area. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and highly skilled in meeting each child's individual needs. They provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.

I can’t thank enough to this amazing childcare, my Angela was with them since she was a baby, Miss Winnie and Sophie were so great! When my baby was with them. Now my Angela is soon a preschooler and Miss Tiara and Sonia are such wonderful teachers! So patient and caring with my little one. All staff in there are very generous and considerate to kids equally. I was worried whether my child can connect with community in here because my child was shy and having language barrier at that moment. As a result, my child could easily adjust new environment here when she applied due to all help and kindness. I much appreciate all staff and services.
