Excellent- the best educators, lovely centre. Don't be put off because its a chain, this place is amazing. The educators are fantastic, put a lot of effort into my baby who was having trouble adjusting, within 3 weeks she settled and started learning things and socialising. They even got her to sleep in a cot by herself within 2 weeks! The admin staff are also amazing, helped us sort out a ccs stuff up and bent over backwards to get us settled in. We are a family of 2 mums and baby, and have had the best experience here, highly recommend.

Although the language is not her native language, my child seems to enjoy attending the school. The students and teachers come from a variety of backgrounds, and I feel it is a great environment for raising and educating a child.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of childcare. Our daughter started here at 9 months old and is now thriving in the pre‑school room. Lucy and the team of educators have created a genuinely safe, joyful, and nurturing environment where children feel confident to learn, explore, and grow. Throughout the year they offer a wonderful variety of activities that spark curiosity and build new skills — from watching ducklings hatch, to hands‑on cooking experiences like making sushi and pizza, to caring for the centre’s bunny, and even learning words in a second language. Our daughter has learnt so much and looks forward to going every day. The care, attention, and thoughtfulness shown by the educators have made a huge difference in her development and happiness. We are extremely pleased with this childcare centre and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family.

I’m currently a student doing my workplace placement here. I’ve already had such a great time with the wonderful centre director, Lucy, the kind staff, lovely parents, and adorable children! I hope the centre continues to create a great environment where children can grow and thrive more and more!!

Both our kids have gone to Goodstart St Leonards. Our youngest is still there in the preschool. All staff and carers do an amazing job, have been wonderful with our kids, getting to know and understand them, and have gone way above our expectations. We’re really glad we found Goodstart St Loeonards and would definitely do it again no hesitation. Thank you Goodstart St Leonards!

I recently had a tour of the centre with the Centre Director, Lucy, and I was very impressed. Lucy was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire tour. She took the time to thoroughly explain the centre’s routines, learning programs, and approach to caring for children. What stood out the most was the genuine relationships between the educators and the children. The staff were attentive, caring, and clearly created a nurturing and welcoming environment where children feel safe and valued. The overall vibe of the centre was calm, positive, and friendly, and you could see how happy and engaged the children were. I absolutely loved the centre and left feeling very confident about the care and education provided there.

A CHILD LEFT THE GOOD START CENTER BY HIMSELF, when my husband went to pick up my child,luckily the poor child found safe and nothing bad happened to him,they have poor supervision, they say something doing something else and if you complain they say nothing was officially written and verbal promises are not counted.you can not trust them.

Beautiful center! Highly recommended for parents to bring the children. Staff are attentive, caring, friendly and supportive.
