About Bright Blooms Early Learning Centre, St Leonards

Bright Blooms is a long day care centre at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, on Sydney's lower North Shore, for children from six weeks to school age. We're a short drive from Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Greenwich, Artarmon, Naremburn and North Sydney, and open 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year.

Eat well, sleep well, play well

Children learn through play in calm, light-filled rooms, with educators who know them well. Our program follows the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0) and grows from each child's interests, culture and ideas. Together we are Lifelong Learners.

Five rooms grouped by age

Sakura (6 weeks to 12 months), Orchid (12 to 24 months), Wattle (2 to 3 years), Lotus (3 to 4 years, Junior Preschool) and Kielo (4 to 5 years, Senior Preschool). In Kielo, an early childhood teacher builds the confidence and skills children take to school.

Meals by our chef

Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack are prepared by our on-site chef and included in the fee. You hear about your child's day through photos, stories and messages in the OWNA app.

Help with fees

Most families are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, and from 1 January 2027 the NSW Government's Fee Relief for Long Day Care reduces fees for eligible preschool-age children.
