We couldn’t be happier with Crows Nest Kindergarten.
Before coming here, we had tried multiple big-name kindergartens, but our 4-year-old son never really settled or felt completely comfortable. Since joining Crows Nest Kindergarten, the difference has been incredible.
This place truly feels like a family. The educators are warm, caring and genuinely know and understand the children. Our son now feels safe, happy and excited to go to kindergarten, and we have seen him become so much more confident and independent.
Also, please don’t be misled by some of the older photos on Google. The place is newly renovated, fresh and very welcoming. The photos really don’t do it justice!
As parents, it means so much to finally see our son in a place where he feels comfortable, confident and like he belongs.
Crows Nest Kindergarten is truly a hidden gem, and we are incredibly grateful to the whole team for the care and support they have given our son.
Highly recommended! ❤️

Finding the right daycare for your child is never easy, but finding this centre for my 2 year old has been an absolute blessing. He’s been attending for two months now, and the transformation has been incredible. Prior to this, he previously attended another centre, where he cried every single day at drop-off, and at pick-up, he’d climb to me ready to leave. The difference here couldn't be starker! Now, as we arrive he jumps out of his pram, says bye-bye mama and eagerly runs inside to play with his friends! At pick-up, he’s never in a rush to leave, he’d wave me in to show me a book or toy.

I feel this is mostly thanks to the incredible team. The lead teacher brings over 20 years of experience, including a decade at this very centre, and is a mother herself. Her depth of experience, warmth, and maternal instinct really shine through in everything she does. The rest of the team also take exceptionally good care of the kids. They all are so sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring, and my son has come to love them.
Some other things that in my opinion make this place special:
- It offers a personal setting as they only take in a “small” group of children.
- They don't label themselves as following any of the popular teaching methodologies, but they practice those principles, as children of mixed ages interact and learn from one another, and through play.
- They renovated last year and the space is so lovely and fresh, fully open-plan.
- They have a beautiful backyard filled with plants and toys that the kids adore. I especially love that on sunny winter days, they serve lunch outdoors so the children can maximise their time in the fresh air.
- The food is freshly cooked on-site, which gives me such peace of mind.

All in all, as a parent who is usually extremely picky when it comes to childcare, I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Crows Nest kindergarten to any parent!

I recently stopped by CNK to see the new renovations. My daughter went here 13 years ago. It was so touching to see so many familiar faces that were so instrumental in my childs early education. The renovations look fantastic. If you are looking for a family orientated, supportive and caring kindy I cannot recommend highly enough.
