Bankstown Family Day Care Scheme are unfortunately run by incompetent staff who are more interested in undermining their educators at the detriment of the children. Rather than working together with educators and parents to provide an environment where children can learn, grow and flourish, they turn up to the Family Day Care centre and disturb both educators and children creating stress where the children feel not only unsafe but also withdrawn everytime a visit occurs. Some examples are they will turn up and rummage through the lunch you bring for your child and make disparing comments instead of trying to educate you about making healthier choices. I believe they should not be going through children's personal school bags. Other examples are creating tension and speaking in language unsuitable to the educator around the children. This is very unprofessional and teaches the children bad habits they bring home. Claiming to visit to provide support to the educator to help with the children's development but instead turning up and giving inconsistent advice and refusing to provide any paperwork or official documentation about how to implement such actions. Giving inconsistent advice, not only from visit to visit but also from visits from different members of the scheme making it almost impossible for educators to work together with members who run the scheme. This is the tip of the iceberg and I believe that all these actions have a negative effect on the children's ability to learn and feel safe in an environment where they can prosper. Bankstown Family Day Care Scheme have deep rooted issues that need urgent addressing. I can only pray and hope that children who continue to attend Family Day Care that are part of this scheme aren't impacted in such a negative light in future. Good luck to all. I would give Zero Stars if I could but unfortunately have to give at least a 1 star review.

Amazing stuff . Educator wafaa is the best Teacher my kids ever had . My kids very happy with . They changed way too much . My son and my daughter now knows how to write read letters sort colors , says stories , create new games , respect others , use polite words for communication and more and more. I was scared to put my kids in family day care but later i was really impressed with the outcome. Highly recommended especially miss wafaa

Honestly they r amazing .... very professional with paper work no mistakes .... educator work is awesome i put my kids with wafaa abdallah she is an educator at bankstown family day care she is the best i never thought my kids gonna change she teaches from her heart very professional almost 15 years experience. I moved my kids to almost 5 different chlid care nothing was good enough like the educator wafaa ... god bless her
We are a large, fully accredited, long established (1977) Family Day Care service operating in the Bankstown Local Government area and surrounding suburbs.
Parents only pay for their contract hours of care, less your CCB % - these hours are what suits parents needs.
Our many registered educators are experienced and qualified in Early childhood care provision. .
Our registered educators are regularly visited by scheme Co-ordinators to ensure children's health, safety, learning and development along with the Educator's overall compliance with the Education and Care Services Regulations 2011.
We look at each child individually in terms of programming to enhance ongoing children's learning and social development.
We have a comprehensive preparation for school program in place.
We consider both the maintenance of the home language and the learning of English as a priority.
Our service staff all have the relevant, regulatory child care qualifications, and many years of child care experience to give optimum support to our families, children and educators.We care enough to care!
