We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare centre. The facilities and overall infrastructure are excellent, and the environment they’ve created for children to learn, grow, and explore is truly impressive. The centre also has large open outdoor areas, giving kids plenty of space to play and enjoy outdoor activities. A special shoutout to our daughter’s educators: Elita, Rayne, and Seema. They are incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive. Knowing that our daughter is in such capable and nurturing hands gives us great comfort every day when we drop her off. The centre managers, Hailey and Ellie, are also very friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear they care deeply about the children and families at the centre. We’re really grateful for the dedication of the whole team and the positive environment they create for the kids.

Highly recommended Castle Hill Only About Children. My son has been attending there for just under a year and he is thriving. He loves the outdoor space, it’s large and natural, it almost feels like you’re in a back yard! His educators are kind and supportive. His transition to the Toddler room from babies has been seamless with his educators caring for him.

As a parent, we’ve had a very positive experience with this daycare that both of our children have attended here. Our first child thrived, which made enrolling our second an easy decision. The educators are truly exceptional — Especially for Seema, Ivy and Anuj, for their kindness, patience, and genuine care. They create a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued every day. I would also like to give a big shout-out to the chef, who provides such nutritious and well-balanced meals for so many years here. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and highly recommend this centre to any family.

As both a parent and an early childhood educator working in a preschool room, I have high expectations when it comes to choosing the right environment for my own child. I am very pleased to share my positive experience with Only About Children in Castle Hill, where my daughter Eva currently attends. From the very beginning, the educators at Only About Children helped Eva settle in quickly with warmth, patience, and professionalism. They have taken the time to get to know her as an individual, planning engaging activities based on her interests and developmental needs. I truly appreciate the way the program is tailored to support each child’s growth. Miss Eli has been outstanding—always responsive and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns from families. Her communication helps us feel informed and supported at all times. I would like to especially acknowledge Miss Ivy, who has played a significant role in helping Eva develop emotional resilience and social confidence. The educators also place a strong emphasis on body safety, which is so important for children’s well-being and self-awareness. Miss Aishwarya consistently plans inclusive cultural experiences and fun, meaningful activities that reflect the children’s interests. These experiences are both educational and joyful for the children. And of course, I must mention Miss Rayne—described by my daughter as “the cutest educator in the world.” Her calm and gentle approach creates a nurturing and safe space for the children. After attending the School Readiness Night last Thursday, lead by Miss Hae. I left with even more confidence and trust in the centre’s team. I am now certain that the educators at Only About Children will continue to support both Eva and myself as we prepare for her transition to kindergarten next year. My daughter has thrived attending Only About Children in Castle Hill. The campus radiates home away from home.

One star is for some of teachers are really good, and the food diets are perfect. Also the environment and hygiene conditions are nothing to worry about. But what a shame that there is a teacher, if the Asian child were crying, she would not stop complaining, even the kid just leave parent no more than 10 minutes in the morning. And she will stop other teacher to settled the crying kid “he will never be settled “. Sad to say this kid is my son, and this conversation was happened when my son came this daycare just few days. You will never see this teacher care about Asian children except in the photos. I hesitate to define such behavior directly as racism. But treat all children with the same patience and kindness which is your responsibility and duty, even they have different skin color. They suggest parent to leave fast. But if you really listened, they will hold the crying child and yelling Thank you to you. What were they thanking about? Maybe they just hate the job and have zero patient to kid who just started daycare. They have done the fancy paperwork everyday. But how about leave these acting away and pay more attention to the kids? From 2nd of May to 2nd July, we picked our son up after 2hours every time. Just 2 hours. Every time. When I decided to withdraw, Campus director was saying “it has been hard to settle your child “. Actually, there was one day my son was with two different teachers, one is speaking English another one can speak my mother language, that day my son not crying at all and happy. So it not just the separation anxiety and language problems as they were blaming to. Patient and kindhearted are the most basic and important things to the children education workers. If you don’t have these characters, for god sake please find another job for living! Mercy for the children. So, if your kids are don’t know how to crying at all ,social skills are better than an adult, and can only speak English, you are most welcome here.You can meet some of good teachers but you have to be very lucky to find them.

Daddy and I want to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional support and care the team at Castle Hill OAC have provided to our son over the past year. From the nurturing environment to the dedicated educators especially Kristen and Veronique in nursery. Every aspect of Leon's experience at the campus has been wonderful from the morning book time, to the sing a longs, arts and craft, outdoor play, dress up and the various activities that the campus provides. We will forever cherish the special memories and photos. A special shout out to Mel for being an awesome and most approachable campus director. It is your passion and encouragement that have shaped Leon into the bright and cheeky little man he is today.

OAC Castle Hill was my first childcare in Sydney after we relocated to Sydney from overseas and I must say, it was one of my best decision as parent to choose OAC Castle Hill. From the tour of campus, to first day of my son who was not English speaker to making friends, learning and communicating confidently with others and actually enjoying center so much that we were sad when we have to relocate him to another childcare after moving to another place far from center. Due to some unfavourable scenario, we missed the last day of his childcare which my son was so gutted. All of educators were so good and welcoming and my son missed them all.
