We have been lucky enough to be part of the beautiful Whiz Kidz family.<br>Our son and daughter both attend this service and we could not be happier!<br>From first contact and centre tour 4 years ago, right through until currently; there has been caring, professional and friendly service and both our kids are excited to go to daycare everyday. We can genuinely notice the difference in their vocabulary, social and emotional skills and we know that when we drop them off, not only are they cared for so gently and compassionately like the educators are watching their own kids, but they are growing and developing in a happy, fun and safe environment! Every single staff member is amazing and loves your child and this all makes you feel really good about leaving them with them every day. We would rate these guys 1000stars if we could! A special mention to a few staff in particular; Mel, Elsa, Nat, Cora, Aparna, Mita, Bhakti, Sam, Hadia, Angela and Jenna!<br><br>But we could go on! I have both my children at Whiz Kidz in Castle Hill and couldn’t recommend them enough. Having someone else watch your kids is one of the most daunting things for parents returning to work, but leaving them with the educators here, puts us at ease as they care for our children as if they were their own. The facilities are great, resources constantly updated, and the children are always busy doing craft, engaging in science experiments or outdoor play. My eldest child has been in both the Mozart and Einstein room and always talks about how great his day is, and how much fun he has had. The educators in each of these rooms have been fantastic, and have helped him grow, entertained his interests, and have encouraged great learning through play, reading, and other activities. My youngest, in the Picasso room is always greeted with excitement and is cared for. Even though the children are young, and have competing demands with their sleep schedules etc, the educators make an effort to engage them in craft, science experiments and other activities as well.<br>The educators are transparent, and will contact you if they have any concerns for your child e.g. “they haven’t had much water today, would you like us to offer milk instead (so they remain hydrated)”<br><br>The Xplor app allows parents to be aware of what their child has eaten, if they’ve had nappy changes, naps etc. when you are so unsure about how your return to work will be because you’re worried about your kids, this daycare centre will put you at ease.<br><br>If you are a parent looking for a centre to send your child, do a tour!

My son has been attending Whiz Kidz castle hills since the age of 10 months and my baby has been growing so well there. I can’t recommend this centre highly enough. They have such warm and caring staff which makes my life as a mom a lot easier. It assures me that my baby is in safe hands and is growing well.<br>Miss Mel, Miss Elsa and each of the educator are very kind and know each kid personally which is commendable. The centre with all these wonderful people has an exceptional positive vibe.<br>My first time visit to the centre itself was quite assuring and even while visiting multiple centres I was stuck with this one and honestly it was the best decision for my kid. Thank you to all the educators who have been taking really good care of all the kids.

We are extremely happy with the care and service at whiz Kidz . Our daughter is always so happy when she arrives and comes home smiling.she speaks so highly of her teachers :) It’s such a relief knowing she is well cared for, loved and happy while she’s there. We couldn’t be happier with the centre and highly recommend it!

This is a lovely place for kids, they will always have chance to explore and learn. Very recommended.

My son has been attending Whiz Kidz for two years. Overall, we’ve had a good experience. The teachers are lovely and caring, and there are nice indoor and outdoor play areas with plenty of equipment for the children.<br><br>One thing I would really appreciate is seeing more daily photos of the children and their activities. It would be nice for parents to have a better idea of what they’ve been doing throughout the day.<br><br>Overall, a good childcare centre with lovely teachers.

My child has been attending this centre for the past six months, and I’d like to share my honest review based on what I’ve observed during this time.<br><br>When we first visited the childcare centre, my first impression was fantastic. The centre is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a fun and welcoming environment that immediately stood out to us.<br><br>Another thing I really appreciate is how seriously the centre takes health and hygiene. They regularly make announcements and take precautions regarding virus transmission, which shows that they genuinely care about protecting both the children and educators. This was actually one of the reasons we decided to join the centre.<br><br>This is the second childcare centre my child has attended, as we had to move due to our change of location. At our previous centre, I had difficulty with drop-offs for almost a whole year, as my child would often struggle to separate from me.<br><br>I’ve seen such a positive change since joining this centre. Since my child has spent most of her time in the Mozart room, I’ve had the opportunity to see the educators and the environment quite closely. Among them, Ms Sam Kelly really stands out. She is full of energy, fun and positivity and you can genuinely see how much the children enjoy being around her. My child has become so much more confident since joining the centre, and I believe educators like Sam play a big part in creating that sense of comfort and confidence for the children, she has walked in with confidence and rarely cried at drop-off. She is exactly the kind of educator you would want looking after your child.<br><br>Over the past six months, the centre has consistently maintained a clean and welcoming environment. I also like that they occasionally refresh and change the room setup to keep things interesting and engaging for the children.<br><br>And finally, something I didn’t expect but absolutely appreciate — the centre thoughtfully provides a coffee cart for parents! It’s such a lovely little touch and definitely gives us parents some extra energy when we need it. ☕️😊<br><br>Overall, I’m very happy with our experience so far. Most importantly, I can see that my child feels comfortable, confident and happy coming to the centre, and as a parent, that means a lot to me.

My son went to Whiz Kidz CC in last 3 years. All teachers are so kind, very nice to him, and taught him a lot. Special thanks to Miss Joey, Miss Jessie and Miss Vicki whom he spent most of his time with. Thanks to Miss Natalia who has always been the first lady we meet in the morning and makes great coffees. Thanks to Miss Vishnu who replies emails and answers all admin questions. Thanks to Miss Rowena, Miss Sneha, Miss Lili and all other friendly educators who I might have missed out. Thanks to our Chef for preparing the meals and snacks and fruits. WhizKidz has been a wonderful place for my son's childhood where he learnt English, learnt to make friends, learnt alphabets and numbers, and had lots of fun. He has always said he wants to go back to childcare and play there, even he has already started in his primary school.

We have been so happy with the centre. Our son has been attending since he was one year old, and the educators have always been patient and supportive in helping him settle in. He recently transitioned into the toddler room, and the process was very smooth. The activities are thoughtfully designed, and he really enjoys them. The app updates are prompt and very convenient for parents to stay informed. We were recently offered a place at a council-run childcare — which is quite difficult to get into — but we chose to stay with Whiz kidz :)
