TDH feels like family

We have had two kids go through The Discovery House over four years and it has been the most amazing service. It is a small family-run centre with fantastic educators who actually know your child and create individual development plans to best support your child’s resilience, independence, and gross and fine motor skills while focusing on their strengths. The educators are led by the children’s interests and are constantly evaluating their program to ensure the children remain engaged. As soon as my two-year-old started at Discovery House, he refused to go to his other daycare centre because even he could tell the difference. We are sad our time at Discovery House has come to an end but know they have prepared our kids well for school.

The discovery house is an amazing small community daycare centre. The educators are truly amazing with commitment to ongoing staff education to always provide best practice care to their students. My 5 year old will miss this centre greatly where she was treated as an individual with personal education plan and support throughout the year. I can’t recommend discovery house enough.

Had my eldest and then my twins enrolled here. Lovely team very kind with the kids and excellent communication that put the parents at ease.

Such a great place with wonderful staff who are making it such a safe and enjoyable school for the little kids. Highly recommend!

Both my son and daughter l, are apart of the discovery house family and we couldn’t be happier about it! It is such a lovely family to be apart of. The educators are so caring and it’s always reassuring to see the same faces! One of the best daycares out there on many levels!

Our son has just finished his year as a bumblebee at The Discovery House and we have seen him transform from a shy, cautious little one, to a confident, social and capable big boy! His educators have shown great care and enthusiasm supporting his growth and learning and we have been very pleased with our choice to send him to The Discovery House!

I had so many problems in finding the right center for my two boys.. they were crying everytime I was dropping them off elsewhere and I wasn’t feeeling completely safe… When then my eldest got a spot in TDH we found our peace of mind. Kids receive high education, the school follows policy and procedures like a bible and they are incredibly human and compassionate (when my son was sick in hospital they wanted me to update them). I can not recommend enough this center.

My son absolutely loves this preschool! We're so glad we found it, the educators are amazing and we can tell how much our son is learning every day. Thank you so much to the entire team!
