My daughter and I are leaving this centre with such grateful hearts, and we are incredibly sad to say goodbye. As a first time mum, I was so anxious about sending my little girl to childcare, but from the very beginning the kindness, patience, and support from all of the management/educators made the transition so much easier for both of us.<br><br>At first, my daughter found it difficult to settle in, but watching her grow in confidence and build such beautiful relationships with the educators and the other children has been amazing. Seeing how happy and comfortable she is each day, especially with Emma and the wonderful nursery team, has given me so much reassurance and peace of mind. There is nothing more comforting than seeing her at the end of the day with a smile and seeing the educators excited to see her, knowing she is genuinely cared for.<br><br>This centre I cannot recommend more highly to any family. Thank you to each and every one of you for creating such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment. The love, care, and dedication this centre provides every day have made a lasting impact on both my daughter and me. I truly appreciate everything they have done to support her learning, development, and happiness. We will always be grateful for the wonderful start she has been given! ❤️

We attended a single one-hour orientation session for my 7-month-old baby. During that time, he was left sitting on a mat inside, hysterically crying, while multiple staff members were present in the room. The lack of care, comfort, and responsiveness shown in that moment was extremely concerning and ultimately what led me to withdraw his enrolment. It raises serious questions about how many other babies may be left in distress without appropriate attention. I also find it unacceptable that after raising these concerns, they have not been acknowledged at all. Instead, I have simply been advised that I am still required to pay a $99 enrolment fee. Given the circumstances and the experience we had, I do not agree that this fee is justified. The entire experience has been handled poorly, both in terms of care and communication

The staff are so friendly, warm and caring which really fosters a feeling of safety and belonging with children. The facilities are great and the rooms are well designed/laid out. I never dread dropping my children off as I know they are in excellent hands. Great online communication and regular photos which is heartwarming to see.

My daughter has been attending the Eynesbury centre for around 8months now. In this time my daughter has received amazing care! At the age of 2, she has learnt the alphabet, how to count to 15, shapes and colours. She has learnt multiple songs and dances and even eats a wide range of healthy foods. I can’t wait to see what she learns next! Thank you to her incredible educators for all their hard work!

The educators were great and always doing so many wonderful activities with the children. Our son had a great time and has learned so much. Thank you!

Terrible service, no nommunication from front office. Something dodgy is going on behind closed doors...the only thing i can compliment of this poor service are the educators in what was my sons room, they were fantastic but sadly cant say the same for management and front office...

Such an amazing centre . Very kind and caring staffs .They have a great nutritional menu, Quality care and also ensuring the children's needs are met. Very hygenic and welcoming environment.Highly recommended A+++++
