Our daughter has been attending Goodstart at Murrindal Drive Rowville for almost 2 months, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. From our very first visit, through the settling-in period, and right up to now, the entire team — from management(Wei Xing) to educators(Samina & Anoshi) and the chef(Jack)— has consistently shown genuine love, care, and patience. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for them; they truly care about the children and the families they support. What really sets Goodstart at Murrindal Drive Rowville apart is the family feel. The team feels like an extension of our own family, which has given us so much comfort and confidence as parents. We visited several other centres before choosing Goodstart, and while they were fine, none of them felt as warm, homey, and nurturing as this one. Most importantly, our daughter has been beautifully looked after from day one. Knowing she is safe, nurtured, loved, and supported every single day gives us complete peace of mind. Choosing a childcare can be an incredibly nerve-wracking experience for any parent — and I was no exception. The thought of entrusting someone else with the care of my child kept me up at night, with parent's guilt weighing heavily on me every day. We toured at least six different centres, and Goodstart at Murrindal Drive Rowville stood out clearly above the rest. From the moment we stepped in for the tour, I noticed children joyfully engaged in play, surrounded by a truly enriching and thoughtfully designed environment. The way they interacted with the educators — as naturally and comfortably as they would with family — immediately put me at ease. Goodstart at Murrindal Drive didn’t feel like a place to simply ‘drop off’ my child — it felt like a place where she would grow, learn, and be genuinely cared for. Every space, even the hallways, was filled with learning opportunities, creating a warm, welcoming, and stimulating atmosphere. Now, two months into our journey with Goodstart, we couldn’t be happier. Communication from the educators has been outstanding — with daily app updates, photos, routines, and learning highlights that help us feel connected to our daughter’s day. I’ve also been especially impressed by the team’s professionalism. From the very beginning, orientation was handled with care — a thoughtfully prepared welcome pack and a well-planned onboarding process set the tone, and that same level of attention has continued ever since. Special thanks for the center director Wei Wei, despite starting her role only recently, I feel so blessed having her to help me navigating through the transition period for my daughter. She has been extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering my seemingly endless questions with so much patience and empathy. She has handled a skeptical and sensitive new parent like me perfectly and reduced my stress level immediately. Therefore, knowing the center is under the leadership by someone like Wei Wei put me at ease. Most importantly, our daughter has truly thrived. She now walks into the centre confidently, often straight into the arms of the educators — a beautiful sign of the trust and bond she’s built with them. Also special shout out to Samina, Anoshi, and the entire Goodstart team at Murrindal Drive Rowville. You’ve made my transition from full-time dad to working parent so much easier. Each day, I leave knowing my daughter is safe, happy, and thriving in your care.

I recently moved my son to Goodstart Murrindal drive and it’s exceeded my expectations, Kitty- The centre director is warming and welcoming and a breath of fresh air. The centre is clean and interactive with all the staff are more than welcoming and accommodating to your child’s needs. The centre offers a range of incursions and the menu offers a range of dishes for all ages. Have never felt so comfortable leaving my child with such an amazing group of educators.

We have had such a wonderful experience at this childcare centre and feel truly grateful for the amazing team here. Director Kitty is very caring and friendly, Samina in the Toddler Room is experienced and loving, and Hansi in the 3-year-old Kinder Room brings joy to the kids and even learned some Chinese to help my son. We are sad to leave because of moving, but highly recommend this centre to every family!

I am so impressed with Goodstart Murrindal Drive, especially the amazing staff. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Absolutely beautiful place to send your kids. I have my daughter going to this centre since she was 9 months old and it is so nice to see how much she has grown & learn new things here. Toilet training is a nightmare for most of the parents but here i felt it was so easy since all the staff were so amazing, considerate and trained her so well. Highly recommend:)
