We've been part of the KingKids Rowville family for about three years now and hope to continue with them for at least another four. From the babies’ room through to toddlers and preschool, KingKids has consistently exceeded our expectations in every way. Our two children absolutely love attending each day. They enjoy the diverse range of daily activities, the delicious meals prepared by a wonderful cook, and the genuine warmth and involvement of the management team. What truly sets KingKids Rowville apart, however, is the exceptional team of educators. Every single one of them shows such genuine care and dedication, helping each child feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to grow. The environment feels even more child-focused, and we appreciate the thoughtful approach Raghida brings to managing the centre. This childcare is amazing! I compared it to a few others and Kingkids came out on top easily. All the staff are lovely and caring. I feel like my toddler is treated as one of a kind and not just another kid. I highly recommend!!!

A Truly Transformative Experience at KingKids Rowville After trying two other childcare centres, we were hesitant to make another change—but moving our son to KingKids Rowville was the best decision we’ve made. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms. Within just two days, our son Marlon was the happiest he’d been in a year. At previous centres, drop-offs were traumatic—he would scream for over an hour, and we were often left feeling judged, especially for things like him still using a bottle or being in nappies. That all changed with KingKids. The team here celebrates every child’s individuality and development stage. They're not only accepting, but enthusiastic about letting kids’ personalities shine. The educators are incredibly attentive—they always know exactly what Marlon has been up to during the day, and their communication gives me so much peace of mind. They've been supportive through every milestone, including toilet training, and they genuinely care about the wellbeing of each child. Marlon is now 3.5 years old, and while he may still have tired days, he comes home content, balanced, and rarely has the huge tantrums we used to deal with. I truly believe it's because he feels heard, nurtured, and no longer has to fight for attention. He eats really well at daycare too—the menu is amazing, and I love seeing the nutritious and varied meals they offer. The outdoor area is another standout feature. It has both covered and open-air sections, so the kids still get to play outside—even when it’s raining. We hadn’t seen anything like it at other centres in the area. The staff? Absolutely phenomenal. Joanne is quirky, fun, and always getting the kids involved in something exciting. A huge thank you to Neelob and Nat—you made us feel at home from day one and gave us the encouragement we needed to make this change. We’ll be forever grateful. If you're on the fence about switching centres like we were, trust your gut. KingKids Rowville has been a game-changer for our family.

We love Rowville Kingkids! We had a couple of friends who sent their young kids here & because of that we decided to send both our toddlers here too. The educators are so lovely and caring, the admin team always accomodate & help me as much as they can and siti & cath (their chefs) make great food. I’m so glad we chose kingkids - best decision 🤩

Can be tricky to find but once in the beautiful aromas from the kitchen invite you in. Amazing cook Siti provides the most delicious meals. I wish she was cooking for me!. The room staff are lovely. Everything I go in I see children playing indoors and out. With lots of really interesting experiences. This week is road safety week and they have an incursion booked, reading stories, making cardboard cars with seatbelts and lots of talk and play on safety. I love it!. They use an online program to keep me informed and every day the children don't want to go home! Lol. A good sign for sure. I have been at the service since January this year and recommend all the educators. And the director and 2IC couldn't be more helpful. Definitely one of the great ones. 👍
