The staff are exceptional and make a genuine effort to treat every child as an individual, recognising their unique needs, personalities, and strengths. They are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential in a caring and supportive environment.<br><br>The centre is beautifully presented, well organised, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciate the healthy and well-balanced meals provided for the children.<br><br>All staff are attentive, approachable, and professional, creating a welcoming environment for both children and families. Overall, we have been extremely impressed with the quality of care and would highly recommend the centre.

My son started at Aurora when he was only 8 months old and we’ve had such a positive experience. He was quite nervous around new people when he first started, and it’s been amazing to see him grow into such a happy, confident and social little boy.<br>The educators are so loving and patient, and you can really tell they genuinely care about the kids. They know my son so well and I always feel comfortable knowing he is in good hands.<br>There’s always a great variety of food (he somehow eats much better there than at home 😂), and they organise different activities every day to support the kids’ learning and development. I also love that they regularly celebrate different events and cultural days.<br>Communication with parents is great too. We get photos through the app every day, as well as written updates on his development and key milestones. We’ve also had parent-educator meetings to talk about his progress and what we’d like to focus on next, which I really appreciate.<br>I was actually a little unsure about the multi-age model at first, especially because my son was the only infant when he joined. But it turned out to be one of the things I love most about Aurora. The older kids are incredibly sweet and caring with him and really look out for him. He also learns so much just from watching and following them, and I think being around the older children has really helped his confidence and development.<br>Seeing how happy he is there and how much he has grown since starting gives us so much reassurance as parents. We’re very happy we chose Aurora and would definitely recommend it to other families. ❤️

it’s always hard to leave your little ones in someone else's care, but the incredible team at Aurora Rowville put all my worries to rest completely. The educators here have touched our hearts with their genuine love, sincerity, and gentle approach. As a father of two, the most comforting thing is seeing my son and daughter excited to go to childcare every single morning. Aurora Rowville Education is more than just an early learning center; it feels like a warm and loving extended family. The entire team of educators is incredibly dedicated and genuinely cares about the children. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail when it comes to the kids' emotional and developmental needs are truly outstanding. Seeing how much our kids have learned and how their confidence has grown, I am so grateful for the hard work of all the staff here. Leaving our children in your hands gives us absolute peace of mind.

We have two children with Aurora and couldn't speak more highly of it. The younger year's educators are fun, nurturing and supportive and the kinder educators prepare the kids so well for school. I split my eldest child's time between government kinder and aurora, and truly there is no comparison. Aurora has provided him with a significantly higher quality experience.

I had the pleasure of volunteering at the centre as Santa clause a few times around christmas time and i honestly couldnt have had a better experience. The educators are caring, kind, patient and genuinely invested in the children. It's clear that they put so much effort into creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where the children feel valued and support. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating and I felt very welcomed as a volunteer. It's clear that this is a childcare centre where the children are genuinely cared for, supported and valued. A beautiful centre with a wonderful team. I would highly recommend them to any family looking for a warm, caring and nurturing place for their children.

Aurora are absolutely amazing. I was so nervous having my 8 month old in daycare/kindy but she has been in for over 3 years and I wouldn't trade it for anything

There are truly no words to describe how wonderful our experience has been at Aurora in Rowville. The educators have become like family to us, and over the past six years I have had the pleasure of meeting so many caring and amazing people.<br><br>My son is currently in the 4 year old kinder, which sadly is our final year at the centre. Before him, my daughter, who is now seven, attended Aurora from the time she was a toddler.<br><br>From the Seamist Room right through to the kindergarten years, every educator has been incredibly supportive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in my children’s growth and wellbeing. They have always taken the time to understand each stage of my children’s development and have shown such genuine care.<br><br>Both of my children have learnt so much during their time at Aurora. The communication from the educators has always been excellent, keeping us informed about their day so we could continue supporting their learning at home. They have also done an amazing job preparing both of my children for the transition to primary school.<br><br>I cannot recommend Aurora Rowville highly enough. It has been such a positive and memorable part of our family’s journey, and we will always be grateful for the love, care, and dedication shown by every member of the team.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aurora Rowville!
