In my personal experience, this is one of the worst early‑learning centres. We withdrew our child after only two months of attendance. We paid for full‑day fees, yet my son only attended half‑days, and CCS subsidy was not available here. My son is not new to childcare; this is his second daycare. There was an educator wearing glasses who failed to change my child’s soiled nappies. On one occasion when my son had a cough, he was seated alone at a separate table eating popcorn while all the other children were having fruit. I think it is very important to check Google reviews carefully before selecting a childcare centre.

The registration process was not only difficult, but also the attention to detail was lacking. Even after providing information in multiple occasions, dates, names, basic information were all still wrong. They dragged the registration process until the 3 weeks prior to the start date, where we were left with no other option elsewhere, and even then it was us trying to contact them. Their excuse was that they put our start date on their system wrong, even though this was provided in the enquiry form, during the tour in person, over the phone and every time we had communication. We constantly repeated it as it was odd to us that we were so close to the date and were still being told it was too early to register. Now 3 weeks out, we are trying to find other daycares as we have no faith in Montessori anymore.<br>Will not come back.

Sending both of our children to Montessori has been such a positive experience for our family. We are truly grateful for the warm, caring and professional teachers who create a safe and supportive environment for the children. We enrolled our first child when the centre first opened and stayed through graduation. Our second child started from a very young age, and we had every intention of staying until graduation as well. It is very sad that we have to leave due to relocation. From the toddler room to preschool, every teacher has been wonderful. They have helped our children grow in confidence, independence and social skills, and communication with parents has always been clear and supportive. We will genuinely miss this community and highly recommend the centre to other families.

Amazing staff. Therese is dedicated and great to deal with.

I think the director is Karen who is really not professional and responsible at all when my little one is there. She doesn't understand children and lack of experiences. So my little one is not happy and unsettled. Then we transferred her to another centre and soon she is happy again. Thanks to the experience otherwise we couldn't reach the right place.

Thank you to all the educators who have made my kids' experience so great! This is not the only daycare they've attended but it'll be the last as I can see the difference a good daycare makes! I was worried about my child being too shy and not making friends but every day she comes home talking about everything she did with her friends. Her stories are endless! I was concerned that she wouldn't eat the meals provided, and now she's eating her vegetables! I was also worried that she'd be too distracted to complete the learning activities set out for her, and now she's coming home and teaching me things! My kids love it here! Thank you, Montessori team!

I would like to say a big thank you to Ms Therese and to all the teachers at Broughton Road MA for showing great dedication and support to not only my child but also all other children. My child enjoys going to preschool everyday and learns so many wonderful things. Also thank you for organising so many meaningful events for the families to participate. It’s great to see all the teacher and children’s hard work when they perform at the event! 💛

A professional environment for children to learn life skills. Nothing but praise for the educators here.
